I literally live down the street and come here often but the manager eugene or whatever his name is customer service is horribly he don’t know how to talk to people and apparently he hates his job .. wall greens do better hiring people.. also when did yall stop letting people upload money on their card

Don't not trust Ken with your film . I've lost memories because of him. Employee Ken did not do the correct process in entering my information and now my photos are lost forever. Ask for someone else to help instead

Tried to call pharmacy to tell them they forgot one my prescriptions and kept putting me on hold and hanging up !! So unprofessional!!!

They have a very bad phone issue they take forever to pick up then they place you on hold 3 to 4 times hang up call back don’t answer when they finally do they put you on hold again one time I was on hold for 2 hours I literally drove to the location and was still on hold !

Came through the pharmacy drive-thru today and Erica was SO nice. She looked to be working alone too. Small acts of kindness go a long way, she really made my day.

This location always has my orders on time and the staff is friendly. They always greet politely when you enter the store. There is also a FedEx drop here and the staff in this area as well as photos are quick to help. The pharmacy staff is also polite. Thank you, and please continue to be as accommodating as you are. Much appreciated.

I've had nothing but good things to say about this location. the employees were nice they help me find what I needed and the store manager Tonya Mitchell knows what she is doing. She knows Walgreens policies and her years of experience shows. she curtiuos,helpful and trains the employees well to be the same way

there phone line customer service is horrible! the system claimed one caller before me and once it was my turn the pharmacist put me back in que several times! The icing on the cake was it rang for several minute until they disconnected! not good business at all!
