They make it way to difficult to donate. Why make a hard to give? Owner needs to come out and secret shop and evaluate somethings

I used to really like this store but for the past few months every time I go there I have a bad experience with the staff. Either they are incompetent at the register or the management is completely aloof. Whatever has changed in the last couple months was not for the bettter.

Is there a way I can send you a more private message? It's a concern I have and I don't want to say it here. It's a bit delicate concern.

them so customers can not get the discount. Nov 16, saw a pair of shoes at Riverdale Value Village that I liked. There was a blue $10.99 over the original yellow $7.99 price. The color tag was yellow which was the 50% color of the week. I showed it to an associate who said I could have it for the 50% off of the $7.99 on the yellow tag. She also stated they were raising the prices to higher prices. I purchased a dress, 2 pairs of shoes, old DVD player, and connector wires. Yesterday, Dec.6, 2023, the color tags were orange and green. They had 3 containers of old connections wires. The one I decided to buy had $1.21 green tag and a $1.21 pink tag on it. The associate was removing and putting discount orange tags items in a grocery cart. I looked though the cart and found a black dress priced $0.00. The associate said they had to sale it to me for that price. Which was true..when I went to checkout, the cashier asked the black male manager which tag to ring up green or pink for the wire. He removed the %50 off green tag. When I asked why he said it had week 27 on it, we haven't put any week 27 out this week. Those old wires had been in there for probably a year. Both tags was $1.21. Shame on him trying to save 60 cent. Then the dress Scan $0.00..She took it to the manager again. He said I couldn't purchase the dress for The marked price. Horrible excuse for a Store Manager

The worker with eyelashes and the Hispanic lady were soooooo rude this morning. They opened up at 10:00 A.M. Those 2 ladies did not want to be at work today . They had this ugly look on their faces and were just silent!! Hellooooo!! Haven’t you ever heard of Great Customer Service to your loyal customers also it’s basic human hospitality!! Make your customers feel welcomed !! Some people are just so miserable it sucks !! I’ll hate to work this too if I came to work like them!

After so many years, my mother shopping in this store, being a regular customer, was prohibited from entering the store after an employee pushed a cart on her. She reported what happened to the supervisor and what he did was say that my mother could not enter again. to the store without investigating the situation, it is frustrating and embarrassing to treat a customer of so many years in that way.

The false advertising the hours of operation isn't good when you drive far away thinking the business opens at 10am which is stated on the window and website. Ease specify the actual hours of open til close.

My only complaint is the cheap bags they give you for items you buy..I'd probably buy more but the bags tear so easily. Most people who shop at goodwill come out with huge sturdy bags...just a suggestion.

For once I didn't find anything I liked that didn't fit me. Either it was too large or too small.

Rude staff at times and they charge far more in price than the other Value Village stores for similar items.

Used to be my favorite store, now I drive right past. Never worth the walk in. The price gouging is absolutely insane. ESPECIALLY for this neighborhood. $70 for used shoes? What? Mens jeans are $13… they are only $8.24 at Goodwill. That should tell you something. Very disappointed. These goods are DONATED. I understand you need to make money, but why price the people that need the items out? It’s greed.

found a garment without a tag and was told by the manager I wasn’t able to purchase it because the pricing guys went home already. It’s not my fault you have something on the floor without a tag. As a manager it’s your job to do conflict resolution. Something as simple as slapping a price on a shirt shouldn’t have been an issue. Very unprofessional. Won’t be returning to this location.Update: In response to the owner’s response: as I stated before it’s not my fault as a customer that you have items still on the floor without a tag and it shouldn’t be my issue when I go to purchase that item. If that’s the case then you should ensure that everything on the floor has a tag at all times…
