I struggled for hours trying to reach them on the phone in order to pick up an order that was returned to sender this morning. They never picked up the phone although I had been calling since noon. I then take an Uber all the way from Dunwoody to find out this POS establishment is closed for no real reason at all in the middle of the day (2pm). Not only a huge waste of money and time bie also a prime indication that our tax dollars are ultimately being wasted. I was spiraled through multiple automated messages and hold music just to ultimately still be disappointed and have to attempt to try to call or come back here tomorrow.
Update: Came back the.next day and was able to retrieve the package with no qualms. They aren't great at picking up the phone still so you'll need to do anything in person

Today is August 24th a Saturday. I arrived at this postal office at 1208pm. Because the close time says 1pm online. However when I get to the door they are closed with a taped up 12pm on the closed time for Saturday. This is a government facility. I don’t understand why the times are not updated in the system. As I sit in the drive way to write this review several other cars pulled in as well unaware of the time change like myself. It is unfair to us the public for you all to have one time online and another posted on the door. After we have taken the time to drive to the postal office only to find that you all are close before 1pm. Please update your times to show real operation times for us all. This is crazy! So many cars pulled up.

If I could give this location a zero, I would we have been having problems recently with packages being received, the website will say out for delivery for any packages, but most recently our packages have not been delivered, but instead are being updated to no access to location, mind you I live in a house with access to porch, garage, mailbox, no loose animals, etc., so what is the problem, I have better results with FedEx and UPS, this doesn't look good for a company that is responsible for delivering our mail

Very helpful. Agents at this location told me everything I needed to do to forward my mail and helped me with the final steps of getting my P.O. Box.

So I'm standing at my kitchen sink (4/29/24 6:59pm) looking out the window watching the mail carrier deliver in my cul-de-sac and as he gets to my driveway... He runs into my trash bin, spinning it around and knocking it over. Happy they picked up my trash this morning. He didn't even attempt to get out and sit it up. Just kept going like nothing ever happened. IDK if there's a policy but listen USPS Riverdale GA, yall have to get it together. Please teach your driver's how to drive. I know you're on a time crunch but come on. I've even watched them drive off but put a notice in my mailbox saying a package was undeliverable because no one was home. Whole time I'm standing there watching.

My actual name is Karen.(don't hold it against me)...I want to say Thank You So So Much to this specific post office! I filed a claim for lost mail yesterday March 6th 2024 around 11:00am. I got an email from Church Street saying they were on the case. By 9:00 p.m. The Same Day it was handled and on the way to them. It's on the way to me today, not 24 hours later! I just want to say thank you!

All Post Offices from College Park-Riverdale need to be deleted. The problem aren’t the Mail People out Delivering the Main Issue is the Mail People Receiving. The lack of Leadership shows. From the abundance of attitudes to making up their own hours of business. Don’t go. Save yourself the stress, just use UPS.

These people are always losing mail, & leaving mail box open. I wish I didn't live in this county for this reason, this post office has to be the worse I've ever dealt with.

Absolutely wish there was a zero star option. Based on the current 2.1 score and previous reviews I don’t have to say much, but in lamest terms, the employees here have disgusting customer service, including the current supervisor. The route drivers are careless and incompetent. Either these drivers are stealing or they’re being delivered to the wrong address repeatedly, which is ridiculous if you have GPS and cover the same route daily. If you can go somewhere for mailing services, I highly suggest you do so. My packages have been misplaced repeatedly and marked as delivered when they indeed have not been. At this point, Ring cameras don’t lie and if a package was delivered on the front porch, it would be there, especially when everyone was home during the documented time stamp. The delivery driver never got out of his vehicle but is marking packages like he is. SMH, so untrustworthy
