Ms. Vickie is the most beautiful soul I have ever met. I’m relocating back to Atlanta and it has been the worst experience ever. When I walked into this location her spirit was so positive she could tell I was defeated. She helped me through my entire process. This location has so many amenities I’m glad I found it. I have 24 hrs access to my things and I know the company is protecting my belongings..

The staff is friendly/ knowledgeable/ willing to work with you within reason… Due to the previous/ current pandemics I understood the levels of protection for the staff as well as myself (I appreciate that) and that’s why people aren’t allowed inside. I don’t agree with the last comment left by Lincoln Allen because no “businesses/ facilities” expected a pandemic to occur, otherwise the buildings would be structured differently. For the staff of U-Stor keep up the amazing work and don’t let one bias opinion take away from your professionalism/ friendly demeanor. Have a wonderful day

Horrible horrible experience!! This place is very shady!! They don't let you into the office to conduct business. They make you go to the window.... Which is just a regular window... No counter... No plexiglass.. just a metal screen where you can't even see who you are talking to on the other side. They expect you to sign your papers pull out your money and give it to someone you can't see? That's ridiculous!!! Don't do business with this establishment!!! Very Ghetto!!! Very Shady!!!

Ive been a customer for 10 plus years. . THE service gets better every year. During the past two years during the pandemic the service has been very thoughtful and mindful of what was needed to protect us customers. They always help me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I called and had the pleasure to speak with Ms. Vicki. She didn't have the size I wanted available yet, so she asked for my umber and said she would call me back if something came up. I got a Phone call the next morning before store hours and it was Ms. Vicki. She sounded happy, so I got excited, and then she made my day, "We have a storage available if you still want it? I said yes. The process was fast and she doubled checked information given or taken, codes and questions. Just awesome Ms.Vicki. Stay awesome. And thank you!
