“My son loves going to this place to buy cards and play tournaments. The only thing we don’t like about it is that at times we make the drive there which is 30 to 45 minutes from our home and the place is closed. The sign states they open at 12 noon. Well at this moment it is 12:31 and they are closed. I tried calling and no answer. Website says open. There isn’t anything on the door explaining why are closed.”

“First let me start off by saying , as a company who come in contact with parents , they definitely should speak when someone walks in the door to make people feel comfortable, instead of just looking around like they hate their job. I had a few issues with one employee that didn’t know the protocol with store credit , however ALEX saved the day. He showed her how you locate the store credit for costumers . He also showed me great costumer service and had me out of there in no time . Thanks Alex !”

“Great place to shop for deals and bargains. However, I'm not sure if they put a limit on how many of the same products a person can buy. No person should be able to buy up all the Ninja Foodie frying pans, for example.”
