Aug 11th was my birthday. My daughter wanted to treat me to Mani/Pedis. I chose Top Nails because its near my home. We got there at 5pm and was there until 7:44pm. We were made to wait long periods of time in between services. My daughter's nail design was not what she asked for and she asked to have it fixed. It was late in their work day so I guess staff was annoyed. Several of the staff members became VERY rude and impatient.
It wasn't our fault they took so long. I prepaid for eyebrow service and they almost forgot to do them at the end and also seemed annoyed when I mentioned I paid for the service already. We paid a total of $230 for 2 basic Mani/pedis, one full set for me (short nails french tip) My daughter had her natural nails painted. They knew it was my birthday and it was my daughter treating. I made sure to say that when we walked in and sat down. They were still quite rude and dismissive and I believe they over charged us. I regret giving them a chance and the benefit of the doubt. I will not be going back again and don't recommend this place for anyone else. I still had a nice birthday before and after I left Top Nails

First time coming here. They do really nice nails. My only issue is sanitation. It seems like they use the same nail tools on everyone. They don't grab new tools from the back if they go to a new person. I don't even know if their equipment is sterilized or not. That's a recipe for an infection because you're transferring other people's nail germs to a new person.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Their biggest complaints if you check the reviews are pricing. Their listed prices are NOT what they charge you in the end. I was charged 55.00 for a 30.00 pedicure and a 5.00 gel nail polish removal. Almost every establishment honors their advertised price EXCEPT for nail salons. I am now a one and done patron, as is several others who have written a review. My advice if you must go to this business, ask for the price upfront AND double check as they go along. I asked but was uncharged for gel nail polish. My mistake I should have made a price check before each step as they progressed with the service. Lesson learned.

Cleanliness: They keep up with clean tool and sanitized tools. I have never had fungus on NY nails.

Very nasty customer service. They over charge you. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Beyond rude. I have tried them several times and keep getting the same results.

They where veryyy rude the lady wouldnt even put my acrylic on before she start hounding me for 40 dollar couldn't pick my design no nothing there very lazyyyy and I wouldnt recommend this place to no one !!!!!!!!!

Great experience with my nail technician. The first time he did my pedicure, the polish(regular) lasted over two to three weeks. He cleaned my feet and toe nails really well and he polished my toe nails with no polish residue left behind, like I had when others did my feet. The second time, I asked for him, by name, to do my pedicure because of the great job he did the first time. He even takes care of and minimizes your ingrown toe nails with no pain. Willie is the truth!

The worse nail place ever don't waste your time or money! Wasted 2 hours of time to walk out with no nails because they were so bad. Would not recommend anyone here not even for last minute nails. You will definitely be disappointed!
