Shanae’s customer service was unmatched!!!! She had my business over the phone before I even came in! She explained everything and made me beyond comfortable. I cant stress enough how important customer service is and babyyyyyy when I say Shanae is the BEST she truly is the best!!!! She made the process quick and easy and was so down to earth yet extremely professional!! If you ever go there ask for SHANAE nobody else

Shanae was a great help . I came during closing and she helped me with the application picture process in the dark , she made the process a safe space and made sure I got the max pay out she’s the best . I would recommend anyone to go to her for a title loan she handled me with respect

Came in today not knowing what to expect, Ms.Shanae and Ms.chantell were beyond helpful! Very informative as well as patient with me while I asked every question in the book lol they made the visit extremely comfortable for me as well as entertaining!
