I will never buy from this place again. They were so friendly when selling me the car, but when it comes to repairs, it's a completely different story. I purchased a brand-new Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from this location, and now, only 1.5 years later, I'm dealing with a serious issue. This morning, I found the inside of my car leaking due to rain, even though everything was properly closed. When I called to explain the urgency, they told me they couldn't even look at the car until December, and it would take six weeks to repair. They didn't offer a loaner or any assistance. Terrible customer service. Mind you water inside car is serious health issue that can lead to mold.

Do not get a car from Dave. I repeat DO NOT. All they worried about is taking your money. They will sell you anything & then a couple months later If even that, the car will start to have all kinds of things wrong with it & they won’t do anything about it but won’t waste any time wanting that payment every month & they will not work with you with the payment if anything happens where you can’t pay it on the actual day no matter what it is. They don’t work with you on anything. Cars are trash & so is the customer service. Do not waste your money

SUPERB!!! My husband and my recent experience at Southtowne Hyundai of Riverdale was AND still is outstanding! We received a warm and inviting welcome upon entering the dealership. I was told by a friend of this dealership to ask for the GM, Mr. Perry. Mr. Perry was very gracious and introduced us to Mr. Craig. It has been smooth sailing ever since.
I thank SouthTowne Hyundai of Riverdale for my dream car, Genesis. I especially want to thank Craig. We feel like family! I recommend SouthTowne Hyundai every chance I get.

Craig is phenomenal! The only car salesman that I trust and know will get the job done. He is compassionate and will not play games, he gives you the “real”. I appreciate him for helping my family secure a new and reliable vehicle. As much as I was dreading a new car note, I left feeling happy that I got what I want and didn’t have to break the bank.

Who sells a vehicle that was just wiped down?
My husband purchased a used car from Southtowne that they stuck plastic cover on the floor to mask that the car had not been cleaned.
Every time we go somewhere in the car I would have these sneezing fits. Finally, I saw dog hair on the screen used my flash light against the carpet. Dog hair everywhere!!! Come on!!!! It’s Post-Covid y’all!!! Please clean these cars and shampoo the carpet! We shouldn’t have to pay $200 to have a two-week old car detailed. We don’t have any pets! Give the Consumer complete customer service! Please and thank you! #Allergies #PTSD #Veteran

They are crooks. They wouldn’t trade my 4 year old car but was able to take my down payment for a new car make that make sense Now my brand new 2024 Elantra air goes out still haven’t got the part for the recall and they can’t even get your oil changed until the end of the month but when something happens to the car under warranty they refuse to fix I will be getting rid of this car I don’t care what kind of down payment I need as long as it’s not hyundai now I’m riding in a brand new car no air when I had my dodge it was never a problem oil changed offered everyday starting at 7am never had to wait weeks or months

Called the parts department to get a quote and they quoted me $271.00 plus tax. I called their other dealership in Newnan and they quoted me $204.00 plus tax. Mind you, it is the SAME PART!!! Why is that. When I called , they stated that they can charge what they want because every dealership has the right to do so. Instead of honoring the lower price they would rather charge more and lose a sale. Mind you, this dealership is in the more lower socio-economic area than the one in Newnan, yet this prices are more expensive. Businesses need to stop pillaging from the ones that may not have and treat everyone the same.
I wouldn't buy a damn key chain from this raggedy a** dealership!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
