If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat in ER for 13 hrs in pain. I had to beg them for a pregnancy test! I found out I was 4 weeks pregnant. Before even doing a pregnancy test they gave me medication. I would rather die than be sent to this hospital. Unethical and definitely don’t follow HIPPA PROTOCOLS.

I was very disappointed with the care. I waited 30 minutes before someone came and took my mother to the restroom. I called up there and didn't get no answers concerning my mother's health. This will be the very last place my mother will come back to. The nurses desk don't answer the phone.

I’m very satisfied with my visit starting from the registration office and everyone who took care of me. They are very welcoming and know what they are doing. I’m also pleased with the people who served the meals to the lady that took care of the room.

Was left in the waiting room half naked for over an hour with just a sheet to cover me. They had not let me know what was going on and after an hour past my appointment time waiting I had a panic attack and had to leave without getting seen. Absolute horrendous experience. I do not recommend AT ALL!!!GO to piedmont!!!!! They took me out of this exam room and sat me in the waiting room half naked!!!!! Unacceptable

The nursing staff was A1 at Southern Regional The Nurses, Techs who took my vitals and food service. I was scared but they were very helpful and caring. Deidra was my tech and she’s an Angel and Tytus brought my food to me. I would love to hear that furthered his medical career.

I got to the emergency room @ 6pm .. It was only 3 people in front of me . It is now 12am and I am still waiting in the waiting room ..Well they brought me to the back in another waiting room and I’m still waiting to see the doctor

I have a valid complaint with resident Doctor Avery. He gave my family false hope in telling us that a family member would make a full recovery. Just let his body rest and the meds do their work he said. Well that was far from the truth as the female ER doctor from Nigeria told us we have to wait and see how our family member responds. Sadly, our family member passed after a week on sedation. The ER staff at the desk was so wonderful to my family and myself. Doctor Avery should never have told my family this without fully knowing the situation. When I say situation, I myself could hear the night staff give info to the Doctor before he entered our room. Doctor Avery please never give another family false hope again.

Thank you to Miss Sheila A nice lady who checked me in on yesterday Very professional Great customer service skills Very patient She makes Made sure I was comfortable. Before my procedure make me feel like Family We all know that the check-in. Time can be long Computer glitches Etc. Miss Sheila Make the process comfortable It was a long wait Things happen With technology Maybe they will deduct something off my bill ha ha ha . Thank you Also to The young woman Who came to assist In the check-in process When technology had us all waiting Southern regional Thank you LoL Now we are waiting for the bill ????????

The 3-D scan was awesome. No pain!!!! The Tech did an amazing job, she explained every step. The facility was clean and sanitized.
