“The truck driver went above and beyond his duty in wheeling my delivery to the house. He had to drag my gun safe at least 150 yards up a gravel driveway from the dirt road where he had to park in order to place it on the concrete pad by my shop. I wasn’t home at the time so couldn’t assist him. I asked my wife if he seemed upset after completing the journey. She said “ no , he had no complaints at all and was very pleasant throughout the entire experience”. This guy needs a raise as far as I’m concerned.”

“The good side of FedEx. Cleaner than a lot of clinician facilities I have endured. Lady was polite, professional and pleasant. Very tidy. Please place directions to the entrance. I had to walk around the building looking for entrance. Actually Trinity entrance needs to be utilized and then FedEx door on the left. Very discreet!! ?”
“I was there to pick up live cargo. But I was told it was a good idea to give them a little bit of time to get the live bird off of the plane and transported and logged into their systems. So I waited an extra hour after the planes arrival and it was perfect! The staff was friendly they were able to pick up the bird immediately and bring it to us. Highly recommend!”
