Kelly did an awesome job on my nails. She fixed the terrible job I got done at the Walmart down the road. She didn’t charge half the price of the other place.

my family patronized this business for years.. the service has declined. i usually now only come because Kelly does great eyebrows. i went against my better judgement and got a fill-in and one nail replaced. the lady said she could do what i wanted (pink powder, french tip), which is what i had when i walked in so she saw it. i literally had to talk her through it. they're messy and kinda bulky. i was working against time so i could sit there and wait for her to keep fixing things. its very annoying when you pay for a service and it isnt done properly. My nails are only 5 days old; the one nail she put on has popped off. Kelly is the only person here who does nails properly and Sophia does good pedicures.

i arrived at 945 the open sign was on so i went inside . linda asked me what i wanted to get done and i told her nails, eyebrows and lashes and she said yes then i sat 30 minutes while she took care of 4 other people that walked in AFTER me. around 1020 i was put in a chair and passed between two different employees which already had me feeling more upset. after getting my nails done they refused to do my eyebrows and nails and said i need to come back another day. even though she could have done my lashes and brows furimg the 30 min i was just sitting in ghere while sje sat aroimd talking to her colleague. she had an appointment at 1015 i arrived at 940 which gave her plenty of time to get my services out the way. refused to talk to me and explain anything . just terrible service. i hope yall go out of business embarrasing me in front of all those people and wanna start talking about me as im leaving out the door. just all around pathetic

Went today the lady on Station 1 overbooks so she makes other customers wait and make the other nail techs do her customers even though we were there before them

My nails look absolutely horrible. I’m quite sure the nail tech knew it as well. I also informed her of what a terrible job she did and she did not try to fix them. My nails are uneven, smudged and very sloppy. It was the worse I ever experienced. It was my first time there and I never went back.

Usually they are pretty good with a few quality issues here and there but today is the worse I've experienced.Ive waited a hr and a half and they let someone come in front of me.Once I finally got an overlay on my nails they sent me to the pedicure chair and the manager acted as if he was about to start my feet but I had already told the lady who did my nails only polish on my toes.He proceeded to go in the back and eat food for 20mins.On top of that the tech who did my overlay started someone else (who came in way after me) even finishing her nails while I'm still sitting here with only an overlay...I will be finding a new salon.Update...I'm sitting here while they are finishing 3 ppl who came after me...I guess since I'm only getting a nail change they toss me to the side....but that's ok.
