Do not go here! The place was very nasty! The nail tech had no idea what she was doing and I was so upset about how my nails looked it ruined my entire day! The manicure was absolutely horrible? I tried to call the corporate office but didn't get an response! If you want beautiful professional nails this is definitely not the place!

Katie, the owner suggested I called when I was on the way to my appt that I spoke with her about a few days prior. I did as she requested and my travel time was an hour on which I told her as well: she mentioned how I would get my pedicure first before she proceed to my fill in which was cool. Got to the facility and was took care of by some young lady who didn’t even say hey or introduce herself but just started drilling on my nails-it begin to HURT and I told her I didn’t have on gel and she replied and said oh and switched to nail polish remover. My pedicure sucked from that moment forward and it was rushed. Afterwards, Katie had just begun someone else nails so I was told to wait-I was then trying to figure out the purpose of me calling ahead ? So I waited for about 10 mins but was frustrated so I allowed the young lady that complete my pedi proceed with my manicure and fill in. She gave me cold water with nothing in it to soak in-I requested for cuticle softener (mind you I’m a licensed instructor so I teach what they’re doing) and she rushed and thought I didn’t see it and got some lotion to put around my cuticle—-she only did this to one hand, rushing and not caring at all. So I just let it be. I notice on my polish on my toes that she literally poked at with the sticky top coat so instead of it being smooth it look like I meshed against something before it dried but I had remembered her doing this as the top coat was OLD and shouldn’t have been used. Katie kept insisting to fix it so I let her-she put gel over it. My total was 87.00 in which I feel was NOT worth the price. I was rushed and treated unfairly. Sad part is she been there for about ten years and I use to be a customer and after living out of town and returning, I wanted to go back where I knew no matter the HOUR commute but it wasn’t worth it and unless you wanna be overcharged and rushed on, I wouldn’t recommend.

The lady had waited till after she was done prepping to tell me the price and i had told her in the beginning that i was doing multi-colored french tips so she said it was 60 dollars than when i was picking my colors she said no multicolored is 95. Very horrible quality!! Not the best vibes so i do not suggest going here.
