Horrible customer service. No diagnostic test. Paid a service fee for them telling me the wrong thing needed to be fixed. They were going to charge me over 120.00 for something that wasn't broken. I took the phone somewhere else the phone was working with a quick battery reset. The diagnostic test was only 50.00

I want to share my experience at the phone depot. The customer service was exceptional I brought my phone and the wait time was very short. Tasha was very professional and knowledgeable and on top of that she was nice. It is not to many places that gives good customer service but I was impressed very impress. I recommend anyone having phone to come to the phone depot prices are very reason. Try it you might like it.
