While waiting on assistance, Reneice and Craig handled a separate situation with the upmost professionalism and customer service that would make a Bath and body works employee panic. Always have wonderful results here and get the right parts the first time. Will return.

Had the worst experience at this location data I called the location to verify that they had a part that I needed. The young guy said they had it. And they closed around 930 or 10 I said no problem I'll be i get. Get to the location And ready to get the part and a guy that was happening me state that it didn't have the part, I said that's not true. Somebody just told me that you guys had to part, he said where the computer said we do, but we don't, I said nobody physically came to check, he said no I said well that's unfair and that's not right because I came all the way from Hampton Georgia. He says well I could call to see if Hampton has it. I said you don't have it, you guys had it? That's why I called to come here. Oh, well, I'm sorry he was so. Unapologetic and I asked him. Was he being sarcastic with me and he kind of chuckled? I didn't like the customer service that I retained from this location. It was horrible and got actually stated he was the store manager. I am very disgusted in this location and I do not plan on patronizing this location again if I wanted to get horrible service. I couldn't went to autozone.

Wouldn’t let me return a item at 945pm stating they had counted their safe money already which is the closing procedures, unprofessional this is a procedure to be done after closing not while open still. Not helpful at all.
