Young man tried his hardest to do a pedicure. He was a lil rough but he was sweet. I feel bad because he is handicapable. But I can tell he was a lil nervous ? I was nervous too when he pulled out the clipper. He was really sweet boy tho. Everyone deserves a chance

Loved the French manicure and pedicure! This was my 1st time going with my mother since I flew in to visit family. The wait wasn't too long at all and she knows the owner (this is her usual nail spot). Currently in my 2nd trimester so the smell of chemicals and acetone was a tad overpowering at first, so my mask was handy in case I needed it. Chose to get a French mani-pedi with cherry blossom designs on 1 nail each (originally wanted a delicate painted design had a photo for inspiration, but didn't happen they preferred to use nail wraps/stickers). Overall the service was good my favorite was my pedicure the chair and leg massage during the service was excellent! Nice ladies getting their pedicure done were lovely to talk to as well.

Been going here over 7 years and love the atmosphere, which is relaxing. Prices reasonable & I like things in a specific way. Long always take care of me no matter what & that's a blessing because I'm super extra. By having each finger different but the same on each hand and then my toes is a whole another story. They're closed on Sundays & Mondays but I get compliments all month from getting the ombre sparkly Gel nails.

I love the staff, they are caring and attentive! Tommy is very detailed with my pedicure and Josh or Ann always do a great job with my nails this is a blessed place and it is a blessing to sit in the building, such peace.

I decided to try this place for the first time. I went in for a fill and a pedicure. The fill was great. The pedicure not so much. But the thing that really pissed me off was the way the lady in charge handled everything changing out the guy who initially started my pedicure for someone else's because I was getting a regular pedicure instead of a gel pedicure! And then on top of that one of my nails started lifting where it was filled the next morning! so I went back in to try to get it fixed and the same lady who I think is the owner tells me that they only take appointments because she didn't want to have to fix my nail! So basically they appointment only when you try to get something fixed. Lol. that's not the way you treat someone whose spending money in your establishment. I went to another salon to get my nails fixed and another pedicure! I will never visit this salon again and I don't recommend it.

I was a regular at Top nails for over 16 years I've seen it change ownership at least 3 times and I must say the ppl owning it now has done major cosmetic changes but the staff sucks!! I have a regular nail technician in there( HOP) who I've used for many many years but even with an appointment she's never available due to their appointment scheduling they don't believe in compensating you when they've inconvenienced you time after time.. they now have several guys in there working who talks and jokes entirely TOO much.. I would spend $98 every 2 weeks not including the $10 tip to my tech who to no fault of there's that has lost many good paying clients. I really hope they do better this salon was so convenient, I truly miss my original nail tech Chrystal and Laura who really took their job seriously and was very apologetic when the staff over schedule them but they too have since relocated.. If I could give this place a 0 I would. After getting a pedicure done on a Sunday morning, my toe was not the same on Monday, it started hurting bad but thought it will go away. Well I was wrong, knew that it was serious when on Tuesday night it started hurting more, like really bad. So I put some ointment thinking it will go away well no. Wednesday night couldn’t sleep and Thursday morning left work to the Piedmont Urgent care. Well my toe was infected really bad and they had to pin a needle to get the pus out. The doctor gave me antibiotics and pains medication and after a week my toe still not better, my foot still swollen. Went to the place to speak to the manager and the man in the front wouldn’t say anything, and I asked can we please go and talk since there were too many people there and honestly with the pain I was getting irritate, he kept asking me for the receipt maybe he thought I was lying, but anyways if my toe don’t get better the manager of whom ever will see my face again. So please ladies make sure the tools they use are clean because I’ve been in pain for over a week. I’m so upset and irritate but I’m hoping my toe gets better. Better believe I will never get my toes done there EVER AGAINServices: Acrylic nails

Moving here from another state, I thought it was going to be hard to find a quality nail shop, since there are so many! Let’s just say I found it & the compliments never stop! I love my nails every trip & the owners are very creative if you don’t have your own ideas! I need to start taking nail pics so I’m can post them!! I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done!

Me and my daughter, Gina and Ahnah visited here for the first time, Last week and Let me tell you, The atmosphere is like no other nail shop, Long and her husband are saved for real and they love the lord, nothing like going somewhere to relax plus praise the Lord....We love it here, THANK YOU AGAIN LONG, SEE YOU ON THE 17TH FOR MY DAUGHTER APPT?
