Mechanic help me out so much. He was patient with me and he explained everything he was doing step by step. He had to fix my thermostat and my radiator. I don’t trust mechanics in Atlanta but I’m going back to them to get my Tuneup done. Thank you for the excellent service.

I contact them to repair my turbocharger on my 2018 Hyundai Tucson after waiting over three weeks for the part to come because I was told that my part was originally sent to Florida and he had to re-order it but they didn’t have it in stock so they end up getting it from Amazon and the company charge me $500 for the part that was only around $300 On Amazon after the mechanic came and installed my turbo charger I was still getting the error. There was an issue with the turbo charger. I have reached out to Keith and the mechanic to inform them that the issue with the turbo charger was still there after after making several attempts over an eight day. Period to have someone to come out to take a look at it because I was still getting the error. There was a issue with the turbo charger. I was told by Keith that my mechanic has went on a leave of absence and that I will have to wait to have a different mechanic come out, then inquired about how long it would take for a mechanic to come out, he told me a couple of days , no one never came out. I have contacted Keith several times and each time he would tell me that someone is coming out the same day he has even went as far as to have a mechanic Jamaica to contact me and say that he was coming, however he has never showed up now after paying this company over $1100 for a repair. My truck is still not repaired so I had to go ahead and get it towed to the Hyundai dealership , and when I attempt to call and let him know or have a conversation with him, he continues to give me the runaround and they are not offering any refunds at all even though I paid them to do a job and the job is never done is it wasn’t done completely or at all and now I’m gonna pay all over again to have which should have been done correctly the first time fixed. I originally posted this review last week after Keith seen the review he reached out to me and assured me that he would have a mechanic to come out here to look at the turbo charger and asked me to take the review down. I agreed to take the review, however no one never shows up until this day, No one has showed up no refund or partial refund has been given. I have been scammed out of my $1100 and I’m a single mother and And no one in the company has no regards about how to resolve this situation. My best advice to people who wish to have this company service them don’t waste your time. They are a total rip off. I wish I would have checked with a Better Business Bureau before allowing this company to provide assistance because I’m not the first or the last person that they will end up ripping off avoid at all cost y’all be careful they scamming

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! My engine light came on last night and I started my morning reviewing and vetting mobile repair shops. When I called, Valarie answered. She was beaming through the phone. So friendly and knowledgeable! I booked my same day service and Larry was the assigned technician. He was EARLY, professional and polite. I did not feel as if I needed to second guess his expert advice but a quick AI investigation revealed that his diagnostic was spot on! He repaired my truck in under two hours. HIGHY recommend. As long as they repair it, I will be using their services. I finally have a mechanic I can trust!

Mobile Vehicle Mechanic LLC, has fast and friendly Mechanics with Great service. And they work efficiently and above schedule time. This was the first time I ever used them and hopefully. My car doesn't have to be fix again but if it does I will call Mr. Keith them to 'Do Me Right!'

My Audi went out on me and I had it towed to a shop who states they specialize in European cars (it’s in their name) they just looked at my car like literally looked and said “I shouldn’t bother trying to fix it because it’s done” searched for someone else and called explain to Mr. Keith what happened and two hours later my car running like nothing was ever wrong. Fast, reliable, expert techs over here! Gained a forever client see you for regular maintenance time!!
