“My charging port was not working on my iPad and I actually thought about replacing it but I decided to check out Touchtel wireless for an estimate and the nice gentleman stepped away for a few seconds and he handed it back stating it was fixed… just a small piece of metal inside the port. I am overjoyed and grateful for such friendly and professional service. Keep it up!!!!”

“He is determined to get your phone fixed. Screen repairs are 30 minutes. Screen repair cost depends on model (mine is Galaxy S20 FE 5G and he charged $180). My phone faced a network connectivity issue but he did everything in his ability to fix it, from finding out the exact part to calling his friend to check on it, to consider ordering Amazon Prime for it.Strong work ethic. I came in blind and in immediacy, out of fear of not knowing who to fix my phone. Definite recommend.”

“My guy, Damien, was great. The manager/greeter seemed less than happy to be there. I waited at least 15 mins beforehand acknowledged me. When he did, no apology was offered. I watched him as he immediately greeted other consumers, but was dry. Damien made up for the rough start by being professional, polite, and empathetic.”

This location's employee went the extra mile to try to resolve my issue, but was unable to do so!!! Instead, because of all his professionalism and his effort, I bought a brand new phone from him!!! The other 2 locations should have been as attentive and professional and cared about both the company as well as their paying customer!!!”
