I paid a visit to the Riverdale location on the 27th & 28th of July 2024. I don't have words to express how pleased I am with the services I recieved on both of those days. I needed brakes and I didn't know who to trust because of some past experiences at other businesses. So I called and Dominick answered where he took liberty in answering every question I had without hesitation. We showed up within 2 hrs before they closed because we dont live anywhere near the area. We past several brake and oil places but it was something about Dominicks customer service. He allowed us to be serviced even though it was 2 hrs before closing. The techs told us what was wrong and replaced the brakes. They even fixed issues that someone else caused to make sure they provided top tier service. Brakes were done within an hr. Upon cashing out, I made an appt to come back the next day for an oil change.
The next day, the amazing service never changed. This time it was a young lady and she took great care of me as well. She called around for parts for me and asked if she could assist with anything else. I asked for Dominick, and just like that he appeared and finished the job from the day before. We cashed out and we were on our way.
Thank you Dominick and staff for an amazing experience! I will be telling everyone about you everywhere.

Dominic manager and Twon these gentlemen at maris in Riverdale did my request for an oli change and the it was done in a manageable time the price was right too appreciate good customer service and clean environment it was nice experience ☺️

I went to Mavis tires and breaks due to my tire rod ends being bad and needed to be replaced. I had some uncertainties at first due to my own issues with dealing with mechanics in Riverdale Ga. But when I tell you Dominic has changed my perspective, and will now be preforming all repairs on my vehicle. That’s not an understatement. They take the time to show you what actually wrong with your vehicle, they allow you to visually see what needs to be repaired. They demonstrate how parts are suppose to function vs how they are actually functioning. And he didn’t try to rob me with pricing. If I could have rated 10 stars they would have gotten it from me. When you stop by Mavis tire and breaks on Highway 85 in Riverdale Ga. Just know you’ll be taken good care of. Thank you Dominic, and thank you Mavis for hiring compassionate employees.

Very professional and great customer service. Was greeted immediately upon entering the establishment. Service was thoroughly explained. Scheduled an appointment for tire change. Was serviced right away. Will definitely return for my car needs.

Yesterday I had a follow up visit to Mavis (Riverdale) because I had an issue with one of the tires I purchased (8) months ago and Garrick took care of the problem like I was a brand new customer. He was very professional and accommodating all at the same time. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. My experiences at this location have been nothing but Top Shelf each time....Thanks Garrick!
