Dear DJ Acquisitions,It’s my absolute pleasure to thank Ms. Jennifer Doyle and The Staff at Laurel Park for Excellent Service.I enjoyed my time of being a resident at Laurel Park and I came to know the staff here as a family they are truly a valuable asset to absolutely any Resident. They are honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, Jennifer is an impressive Assistant manager who is always accountable for the Property.Her knowledge of Leasing and expertise in Property Management was a huge advantage to the entire Community at Laurel Park .Along with her staffs undeniable talent, Laurel Park has always been an absolute joy to live at. The Leasing and Property Manager are true team players, and they always manages to foster positive discussions and bring the best out of other employees and Residents.Without a doubt, I confidently recommend any person who is looking for a Great Community to live come and see the team at Laurel Park Apartments. Water is constantly off without warning. I went to office to find out why water was off and why a notice was not given. Agent had an attitude from the beginning stating she sent an email when clearly that was not the case. When asked to confirm email address agent could not confirm was sent to everyone. Asked for corporate information in which agent gave a manager's email. When asked to confirm whom the email belonged to agent stated manager. Asked again for Corporate information. This property has a lot of turnover when it comes to management and I will not be surprised when it happens again. There should be an email or number available to corporate for residence to give feedback. Residence should not have to worry about water being turned off as often as it is here. Management should have some type of training in customer service.

I don't even live here yet, and I've already experienced a horrible first impression. First me and my mom pulled up to the complex and was stared at by two gentlemen and one women. After we went inside the door was open for future residents but the lady had an attitude and wanted us to close the door. Someone was going to take us but told us to wait a minute and then that same lady intervened and said she'll take us. Her energy came off rude, she handed us the information and proceeded to speed through it. Not giving us enough time to process the information. After we left the outside workers started talking about a cigarette on the property that shouldn't have been there.

Do not move here. I wish I would have known the nature of this complex BEFORE I moved here. They change management with the season. There is no corporate number or they won't give it to you. Don't bother emailing them they don't respond. With each new manager they have mandatory inspections. Like this is the projects and you don't pay over 1000 in rent. And let's not talk about the trash? Good luck finding a place but this is not it.

Working as a sub contractor for the property, the property manager Arletha has been a pleasure to work with. I service many properties throughout Atlanta and she is by far the friendliest, most organized, and reliable manager I’ve worked with. Her attention to detail is unmatched and her desire to serve & better the community is very apparent.

DO NOT MOVE HERE‼ Business is very unprofessional they will not return your phone calls and it's very unsafe gunshots every night! I moved out within my 1st or 2nd month ! I was told by the property manager to leave with a 60 day notice ! Although i was already completely moved out i was still paying rent to cover my 60 days! Once asking for confirmation of move out they cut me off cold and added this to my credit for over $4000! I took pictures of the clean up afterwards and all! STILL no one will call me back or return my call! I have emails from myself and mrs. Nicole about my notice. she was the one who told me i had to put it through email because the first conversation was over the phone! Now it's on My credit when i never even really lived there due to soooooo many shootings and bullet holes In my CEILING! I have 3 children there was NO WAY! I was living there ! The photos online ARE NOT what it looks like ! AWFUL PLACE DO NOT RECOMMEND! Almost all of the buildings are burnt and disgusting looking! They never gave my deposit back! And they kept my issues credit for me NOT having ac during the summer time !

Very disappointed in service, paid application fee. Was told it's going to be two weeks. Then was told application didn't go through, then it did. Then it didn't again. Anyway was thrown around for almost two months. Took so much off mine time and the place doesn't even worth it.

This by far has been the worst apartments i've ever lived in . It's Roach infested and rat infested . the rent is to high to be living in these conditions

I was told I would have certain things in the apartment and did not. Due to my work schedule I would have to walk far from the parking lot to the apartment they wanted to lease. The door looked like it was kicked in several times. The front door had a hole that was patched up horribly and painted over. The staff never answered the phone. My move in date was pushed back a whole month for me to turn it down due to nasty walk path and up the stairs very nasty. A tenant walked in the office as I'm waiting for the key to look at the place and she yelled DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I wasn't going to listen but when I seen the bathroom missing knobs and the patched up holes on the walls. I listened

PAID THE APPLICATION FEE OVER A MONTH AGO, STILL NO RESPONSE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, AND THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION. THEY WERE AWARE WE MOVED FROM OUT OF TOWN, STAYING IN A HOTEL, WITH A CHILD WHO NEEDED TO BE ENROLLED IN SCHOOL! TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING. ZERO RESULTS! IF WE COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO THAT WOULD BE ACCURATE.
