Took my truck in for brakes last Saturday, realize my back driver center cap was missing. Took it back up there today, tech stated it did not any on back. But it still had the one on passenger side. Help that make since. Also wanted oil and fuel filter change a was told since I had my on stuff they could not do it. I took it back to the Tire South that has been servicing my truck and they did it like always. Thanks for such bad service I will never visit this location again. On a side note I sent another 900.00 getting the recommended services I needed. Never about the money truck makes the money. Shout out Tire South in McDonough ga. Thanks guys for great customer service.

Customer service would of gotten a 4star because the gentleman was so friendly, But when I found out the employee was smiling in my face to stab me in my back is what led me to leave a review. I came in knowing what was wrong with my car and was then told an axle was needed as well which was an additional 660$. I have a great mechanic and called Him to service my
Axle instead for a cheaper price. My mechanic then told me they tried to play me out and that my axle was in good shape, the only Thing was needed was tires and an alignment like I knew from the start. Ladies beware I feel like they tried to get over because I’m a woman. But see I may not know much but I know a little something about a car especially my car and for that I will never do business here nor refer Tire South to anyone I know
