Purchased shrimp and not even two hours later I was chatting with customer support via app because it’s spoiled. I was informed to go to the store because it was an in-store purchase they were unable to issue a refund. The customer service employee just stared at my receipt like it was covered in disease then said they can’t take raw food, and called someone to confirm. While waiting she continued the personal conversation she was having on her cellphone like I’m not at the counter. The other employee confirmed they cannot take raw food, well I don’t want to return it I want a refund. Apparently they don’t do that either, I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was not a manager there but she was a supervisor. Oh so as a supervisor you should know not to have personal conversations on your phone in front of customers! Then she had the audacity to tell me to come back early in the morning to speak to a manager. Sooooo I guess I’m supposed to hold on to the spoiled shrimp for 12 hours? Piss poor service and if there aren’t going to be any refunds for spoiled seafood, they need to allow customers to see and smell it prior to wrapping it up. Additionally, anyone working with raw food needs to be properly trained on how to identify spoiled food, the employee working the counter should have smelled the odor while packing it!

I came to Kroger to buy my son his pediasure. I had a pack of 15 which comes 6 in each pack I went to go pay and the cashier was very extremely rude . She stood there until I finished paying doing nothing . I had to start bagging my sons milk and then she started to do it as well . Another worked came to her line and just looked at the milk and didn’t even bother to help. I really think jalaia was having a bad day but please next time you have a bad day stay home . The attitude and the rudeness was very un appreciated !

It's Kroger like any other. I have been to better ones and worse ones. Overall, they are a value to have in the community because of the fresh produce and variety of items. I hope they remain for a long time because they are a state food source that is needed conveniently located for many.

What kind of company is kroger now? Who does the hiring? Seriously! I have witnessed the most absolute worst employee representation I have ever seen. Who blatantly blocks a paying customers door! While cursing somebody out on the phone! And then proceeds to block the vehicle with her buggy! And when asked to move she says "No! Can't you back up" ! Umm why does the red girl with the glasses work there? Like seriously, ppl just want gas..
