-1 Star. Called roadside assistance to have my car towed on Saturday 8/26/23. 9:28am. Unfortunately I was given Jaypro Transport for mediocre service that I never received. ETA WAS 20 minutes. Why my car never got towed? Today is Monday 8/28/23. I called around 5 ish on Saturday to verify if someone picked up my car and no answer. I waited patiently today to see if my car was picked up and this imbecile casually said “No”. ?Like seriously? I mean the car was only going 4 minutes away down the street. A job is a job and clearly that was too little of one for Good ol Jaypro. Thanks for nothing. Thank God I own another vehicle. 10/10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND. On to the next.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with JayPro Transport and Towing in my absolute time of need , My car had me stuck at work over 35 minutes from home and I was connected to Jay and it was a great experience, PHENOMENAL! I am beyond grateful and can not express it enough , but If you’re ever in need DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT HIM , and the professionalism and family energy was inevitably very comforting like your dad or uncle coming to save the day !

I still stand on this review from four months ago. "Hard worker. Punctual. Coherent. Helpful. Knowledgeable about his career. Both times I needed his services, he came through. Grateful because there's not many of these type people left out here. ?"I had to call Jay again for another tow and he is the only tow truck company that really means 24 hours. Call other companies and they don't even answer the phone, but call him and he answers and delivers. Even tho he's a crazy Virgo? All jokes aside, hard work pays off and I can tell he has the passion for it.Service: Car towing
