The front desk did not greet me upon my entrance, and instead of the first question being “how May I help you?”, it was —- what is your room number!? I said I need to use the restroom first and she replied that all the restrooms were completely out of order. That was all I needed to know not to book for the night.

I'll attach pictures, but these folx are already above and beyond the couple other hotels I stopped by on my way into town in cleanliness alone. You can tell that the people working here are invested in the place and care about keeping it clean and well maintained, and the amenities and accomodations are above and beyond my expectations for what I paid.
Rooms: the rooms are great!
Nearby activities: the Atlanta Farmers market and Hindu temple are nearby
Walkability: it's on the highway, but there's a couple grocery stores right down the street and I love grocery stores

I booked the suite with the spa bath and the towels looked like somebody wiped their butt with it after doing a #2 it had brown stains on it and so did the rags… the spa bath was dirty and the regular tub and toilet was also dirty…THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN… I WILL NEVER BOOK

First off, my husband and I are homeless. A lot has taken place. We are just trying to get on our feet. The owners of this place promised to try us out for a week, give us a hotel to stay in and let us work there, and if they didn’t like us, they would let us go. They picked us up, and just like they made that promise over the phone, they said it again in the car. Now don’t get me wrong, kindly enough they put us in a hotel for that night. What was odd though was that the moment we got out the car and into the property, all of a sudden the wife tells us how the hotel is their son’s and that they’re going to see if they even have any positions for us to work. And she said how they had to pay $100 for a hotel for us, although she had already told us in the car they would do that. Yes, they were kind enough to give us food and $11 in cash to grab some bread from across the street. That same night, they had my husband grab the hose and water all of their roses that were outside of the property. And they told us that at 9:30AM, the next day, they would have my husband train for a few things. Come next morning, we go downstairs just to be told that the son of the hotel wants us to check out because they do not have work available. These people, this family, they really went out of their way to waste our time, knowing that we do not have anywhere to live. We were willing to work. They told us they would give us a try and did not even do that. My husband basically worked free labor watering those plants. But you know what, we’re grateful they let us stay for one night. But we had to walk halfway back to the city we were already in. These people really wasted our time. Truly. They sold us a false promise and truly humiliated us. I am ashamed. My husband and I are really just trying to start over and these people really made a mockery out of us. Shame on them and their false intentions. Just like she told us, “nothing is free here in America” man, she herself and her family definitely proved it.

Google really needs some option to review without giving stars because one star for this dump is one too many. I had the misfortune of staying here last night. I got a room with a "spa bath" hoping it would help my back and it may have - if it worked! In order to get power to the pump motors, you have to reset the GFCI receptacle next to the tub. The tub was missing more jet nozzles than it had functioning. Bubbles? Only if you stopped for Mexican food before arriving. There were no air intake valves anywhere on the tub therefore, no bubbles. When I promptly brought this problem to the attention of management, not so much as an apology let alone a refund of the room charge. I should've known considering all of the posted "NO" this or that signs throughout the facility. By the way, whatever you do, don't start here for a family reunion and invite some of your kin over to catch up on old times. This place actually has a sign posted as you enter the lobby "NO visitors between 7pm and 8am"... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Breakfast? Not even coffee. Extra towels? Nope. I had to beg to get ONE extra towel. I guess the clerk's logic there was "well, he is staying in the room with a spa bath" - thank you, kind lady... I'm so grateful for the extra hand towel. Do yourself a favor...there are far too many hotels in Atlanta who want your business, appreciate your business and will bend over backwards to keep your business. Welcome to Atlanta!
Rooms: I can honestly say my room was clean.
Walkability: In that neighborhood?! I wouldn't advise it during the daytime, let alone at night.

This was the worst hotel experience for my family and I. To start, there were people constantly hanging out side the hotel entrance. Then, the desk attendant tried to make my husband pay for a room he had already paid for online. The bathroom in the lobby is locked (I imagine because there are people outside who would just come and stay there or use it for other things since there wasn’t an “out of order” sign)This definitely made for a struggle with my child who had to hold her urine even longer after the drive. I was also ignored when I asked for a key twice. Once we got our key, the room itself was nice, however, the floors were dirty, there were ants on the night stand and cigarette hole in the comforter and stains comforter. The hallways smelled of smoke even though the room did not. Inside the room there were two sets of wash cloths (2 wash cloths 2 hand towels 2 towels) and there were four of us on this trip. When I requested 2 more sets the desk attendant responded “ we can’t give extra what ever is in the room you have you must use”. Needless to say I went to Walmart to collect items I should have been able to get at this hotel. We booked the hotel for proximity to an event but I would have much rather stayed further and deal with traffic than to subject myself or my family to the nonsense and rudeness here. If I could rate a zero I most definitely would. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The room I was in was big. The floors were disgusting. The dirt was not visible to the eye, but I had on black socks and the socks were dirty. The front desk attendant was extremely rude.
The change machine was out of change so I was unable to get change. The Pepsi machine in the lobby was not even plugged up to work. The coke machines on each floor were turned on and running, but the machines were empty. NO Drinks..... And last but not least, the ice machine was broken. This place is a complete JOKE. Should had stayed closed. There score in straight up 0 stars at EVERY LEVEL!!
Rooms: Large, but needs to be cleaned with more care.
Nearby activities: The hotel is located on highway 85 in Riverdale and close to 75/285 to get downtown.
There is nothing to do close to the hotel. If you have a car you're not too far from shopping and restaurants.
Safety: I will not say you are in complete danger, but I will say be aware of your surroundings and be smart. Stay in your own lane and should be fine. If you want more details, I would recommend you call the police department or Clayco.
Walkability: No sidewalks that I could see and nowhere to really go.
Food and drinks: There is a Valero gas station right next door, but they close super early.

They remodeled but this hotel is low class, dirty floors in hotel, toilet was nasty, Cold is hot and hot is cold in shower. Sheets on the bed was nasty and dirty, check in at 12am and checked out at 1:15 am. The pillows were little and no comfort. Clerk wouldn't refund my money back. Wouldn't recommend to any one unless you want a loud, ghetto and drug dealer hotel.
I wasted $86 for an hour.
Rooms: Nasty

This place should be CLOSED! Not safe, unsanitary and the worst customer service I’ve experienced in life! They have no idea how to run a business. Water damage, hair in bathroom, broken latch on door & drawer. Blood stains on sheets! Refused to change room after letting them know health issues as well as it being unsafe! Be careful! Like a haunted hotel. Front desk just sleepsRooms: Dirty, unsanitary. Call the health department it’s a messSafety: NOT SAFE AT ALLNoteworthy details: Horrible customer service. Save your money

Hotel management needs to do better with taking care of their customers, the water been off for 6 hours and they wouldn’t give me and my family a refund , they don’t tell people what’s actually going on with their property until after you pay , the elevator doesn’t work , we had to keep going back to the front desk because of the filthy rooms they’ve sent us to , they need to shut this hotel back down it’s disgusting and unacceptable especially the management here.

Rooms: Rooms are ok depending on where they put you. It does have a couple roaches so pack light.
Nearby activities: You can walk to the gas station next to you.. if you go up to the light it's fin and feathers, gym grocerie stores, family dollars, American Deli and more.
Safety: It's crazy everywhere now in days but for the most part it's ok... they have cameras, if someone complain about a couple fighing they will try and help
Walkability: You can walk to the gas stations, apartments, gym, club, only if you can handle it.
Food and drinks: They're food is ok... it's not the best but it did the job
