Excellent spot to stop in for a fresh stick. The humidor is well stocked, and the cigars are always nice. The owner and various guests I have run into there have always been very friendly and very helpful. Have been given some really nice recommendations on site of some brands and types that I may not have picked up myself.I would like to touch on the racist comment made down below. It certainly isn't going to hurt ANYONE to be cautious about using hand sanitizer before going in and possibly putting your hands on a cigar that you or someone else is going to have their mouth on. It makes perfect sense.I am a tall, long haired white guy. I have NEVER been treated any kind of way other than welcoming and professional by the owner and regular guests. That comment was completely unnecessary and without basis in fact from my personal experience there. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself what a nice spot this is. Good cigar shops are getting fewer and far between, and this is a good one.

@ Brian Smith.. One thing Hott Ashes is not is Racial!!! Cleansing is essential to protect the Humidor in any establishment. I LOVE this place. I invite anyone and everyone to come and feel the Love of this southside Cigar Cheers Family..

Nice laid back establishment where all the staff as well as customers are friendly. They carry a good selection of cigars and they’re located in a plaza with plenty of parking.Plenty of comfortable couches and chairs to sit at and enjoy your smoke. I’ll definitely come back soon and become a regular here

Let me start off by saying whether Covid is relevant or not I think sanitizing before entering the humidor is a good idea. Contrary to the last post it is not a color thing because I was stopped before going into the humidor on my first visit. I stopped by to pick up a few sticks and everyone was very friendly and the vibe was nice. I plan on going back very soon to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere.

The requirements to sanitize your hands before entering the humidor is totally ridiculous. Think it was more about color than anything. The covid mentality is here. Happy trails. Find a real cigar shop this place isn't.

I swung by yesterday from El Paso. Staff couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and friendly. I’m definitely coming back the next time I’m back in town.
