The staff at Heart Pharmacy are very personable, professional and knows everyone on a first name basis. They always strive to provide outstanding customer service. I have been a customer for years. Also, I look forward to receiving my Norman Rockwell calendar every year.

The pharmacy dept in the back is wonderful! The lady cashier is very rude. She threw my change on the counter. Some people in customer service need to stay home! She was rude to the customer in front of me also.
