Very sad because their work is so good but customer service is horrible. We sent a deposit for our appointment but our artist didn’t show up and we waited hours for response. No explanation and still asks to keep deposit until we rescheduled. Also door was open but no one was there except a guy sleeping which was weird.

I gave a three because the artist was cool. I wasn't tatted by Rell but one of the employees probably needs a little more practice. It was my first tattoo and my own design. It was stenciled and after it healed the lines weren't consistent or straight. And the shading wasn't the best. Like I said. Cool dude but could definitely use some improvement. I had to get it redone somewhere else.
