First things first, this store stank like some dirty diapers!!! Now, If I could give this store a negative star I would! Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. One cash register lane was open and the line was to the back of the store. We requested additional help and the cashier called for help on the loud speaker. The MANAGER came to the front of the store and said CANCEL on the loud speaker. Other people requested for help again, and the manager says “OK” and walked off to continue doing what she was already doing. Not to mention, she was stocking right by the registers! This is a horribly managed store.

Nice young ladies at the counter, merchandise, inexpensive but good quality. The store agents, Stocking and engaging with the customers in a friendly manner. Which is always a plus. Plenty of parking . Long lines at the counters, but when they acknowledge that they need another register open,they do.

The worst ever. The manager is disgusting. Not professional at all. Cashier busy eating not customer oriented. So sad. Said they didn't have $40.00 in the store for change after purchase. Fayetteville from now on.

This Dollar Tree is so nasty the floor is filthy it is so nasty in there when you go in you can feel the nastiness I would never go back in that nasty place horrible horrible do not go to that location it is filthy

This is so ridiculous!! That I’ve been in line for a card.. This young man been working by himself since we’ve stood in line for over 30 minutes

This location is so unprofessional it’s crazy. They are never open on time and the employees always have bad customer service. I stood outside and watched someone turn all the lights on 5 minutes before 8am and they did not open the door until 8:20.

I prefer to go to the Fayetteville location because they are open on time. Everytime I come here the manger is ALWAYS LATE! I come here every WEEK.YES EVERY WEEK. I have clients and a day care. This is my 1st stop after dropping off my kids. It's never open on time. The staff that works the register and stock the shelves are so nice. The manger come off unfriendly she barricades the whole aisle and God forbid you enter the aisle she's working in. I pray she's ok but you have to do better .

I just left out of dollar tree the young man that was a cashier was up there by myself. He called for a manager no 1 came. She was in the office talking loud whoever she was talking to you could hear her whole conversation in the store.

The store is never open on time. Here it says on door opens at 8 a.m here it is 8:15 and not an employee in sight.

On today Monday, January 15, 2024 while visiting from Texas I was completely appalled by the encounter with an employee at this Dollar Tree. As I was shopping there, there were boxes all throughout the aisles. I attempted to make room so that I could access the aisle. I was met with an extremely hostile employee who proceeded to berate me and attempt to instigate an argument which at some point she was being held back by another employee as she continued to use profanity while engaging me. As I was checking out yet another employee decided it was acceptable to discuss how he and his mothers boyfriend fought etc etc etc. Said employee continued to go into details with multiple coworkers. This conversation was filled with an exuberant amount of profanity as well. There were senior citizens as well as young children in ear shot of this conversation. This is completely unacceptable and something needs to be done. The people of this community should not be subjected to this type of experience and or be made to travel outside of their community to hope for a better experience. Do better!

Just had the WORST experience in Dollar Tree and when I asked to speak to the manager, found out the person with the disgusting attitude was the manager. She was attempting to put my items away and when I let her know they belonged to me she became confrontational and refused to hand them back to me. My cashier Jules was extremely kind and customer service oriented. It would be great if “leadership” could lead by example. I don’t understand causing conflicts with customers Extremely passive aggressive and uncalled for! Do better!!

I went to dollar tree Yesterday to get candles and as i was getting the candles one of the workers was stocking the candles on the shelf, , so i need boxes as i am preparing to move and i ask the worker for the boxes that was already broken down and she said no I couldn’t have them, so i ask her what was she going to do with them she stated she was going to throw them away, i ask well can i have them once more, she was mad about being at work i guess, but she had a bad attitude, so i went to the manager and ask could i have the boxes and she said yes, the manager got on the speaker and asked the bad attitude worker to come up there so she could tell her to give me the boxes, the worker knew what she wanted and extra rapidly, she got her pull cart with all the boxes on there and took them to the back so i couldnt get them, they shouldnt hire workers with attitudes who work around the public, she need to working in applebess or somewhere washing dishes,
