I was there to purchase certain products due to an allergy reaction my granddaughter had on her eyebrows and face. The pharmacists were so very helpful and professional. Michael, the clerk in the store was extremely helpful as well. He helped me immediately when I needed help to find a product that I could not locate, He took me directly to it. Michael was very patient and accommodating. Thank you to the CVS team. Riverdale GA.

I called the pharmacy to find out the price of my prescription and the person that answered the phone answered with an attitude was very short with me. It cost nothing to be friendly and show good customer service. She was neither.

The store was clean and neat. The shelves were stocked fully all around the store and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I haven't visited the pharmacy in a while but it's a whole new place to shop and it's a positive change.

I was calling to get prescription transferred from another CVS and the Asian guy seemed frustrated with an attitude. He said he had to get off the phone and hung up on me! Never in my life experienced this!!

The whole store doesn't get this bad one rating just the pharmacy 3 days in a row I've tried to get my mom's prescription The first night I went to go get the prescription pill because they sent me a text message saying that her meds were ready for pickup when I arrived there they were closed gate down pharmacy associates were not paying attention to the people outside waiting for the medicine did not even want to reply to the customers 3 days in a row the pharmacy is horrible at this store customer service all of them need help with it I've switched my mom's pharmacist from CVS I no longer will be going into their stores

I'm new to this community and had my doctor send my meds to this location. Went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds and the pharmacy was closed when I got there at 6:30pm. The sign on the door said close at 10pm. I will be changing pharmacies.

I have gotten my vaccination shots and boosters at different CVS locations and they have always taken care of me without any problems. For my latest COVID booster I came to this location with an appointment and everything like always, but the service was terrible. My husband, daughter, and I all had appointments for 4 pm and showed up about 5 minutes before. They had us wait until 5:48 pm to give us our shots and they closed at 6 pm. I will never again return to this location for a vaccination. Nobody had any apology or sense of customer service whatsoever.

This place has some kind of mold or mildew thing going on and I can't recommend anybody going in here at all, much less a sick person or someone working there all day every day. Nobody should be in this building until this problem is resolved

Worst pharmacy EVER. They close early never open on time. Shut down the drive though and make people come in. It's sad and the customer service is horrible. Everyone has a attitude. They need to do better. Y'all right across from the hospital. Of course it's going to be a constant flow of people

This is by far the worst pharmacy CVS. I have been to in my whole life. I needed my prescription transferred to this location. I kept calling all morning to verify that they could fill the prescription so I wouldn't waste any time I called and call All morning they left me on hold for at least two hours. Yes, I waited that long, I finally got off work and was able to drive to the location. while I was there I called while I waited in line, still no answer. Finally when it was my turn I asked the assistant pharmacist if their phone was working she said yes, but they are too busy to answer any phones that if she took the time to answer the phone but she wouldn't be able to help me so I responded no if you picked up the phone you would have been able to help me and prevented me from coming here to ask a question, she then proceeds to say well if any of my other associate side stop to answer the phone then no one would get the job done. I think that is his poor mentality and what's the point of a phone if you're not going to pick it up doctors in all sorts of medical professionals call pharmacies all the time to make sure the medication of Paul correctly and feel correctly, and if you're not answering the phone and you're only doing half your job mind you there were over five people working not acceptable. If this is how they run the place it should be shut down.

CVS, you MUST do BETTER. Just left. I enter to drop off package for Amazon. Did not drop off due to not being the exact drop-off location. This is not the reason for this review. THE BATHROOM......O?M?G?....The stench?....there was toilet tissue on the floor someone used to wipe their bottom. There were two hand sanitizers on the floor. The floor was so disgusting. i really didn't want to walk on it.The only reason I used it was that I could not hold it any longer.
