I came to this location, because the 2 that were closer to me, didn't want to help me or assist me with the problem that I was having with my phone!!! This location's employee went the extra mile to try to resolve my issue, but was unable to do so!!! Instead, because of all his professionalism and his effort, I bought a brand new phone from him!!! The other 2 locations should have been as attentive and professional and cared about both the company as well as their paying customer!!!

Rashad the representative who assisted me with my phone purchase was absolutely great. He was friendly, professional, patient and very helpful in assisting me with my iPhone 14 purchase. If you go to this store make sure he’s available to assist you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️On the other hand, the female representative I spoke to by phone yesterday was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, displayed no type of customer service and went on an unnecessary tangent that I didn’t care to be part of. ??????I called the store; I asked for Rashad. I told herI just wanted to ask himself question about my phone. The female said that he wasn’t there and that she could help me. I said, do you know anything about the iPhone overheating and showing the temperature warning?” And as I was explaining why I asked, she cut me off and goes on to NASTILY say I just work here, they don’t train me on nothing like that, I’m not an I.T. person and whatever conversation you and Rashad had that’s between you.I remained calm. I said ma’am. It’s not that. I said you know how you call to ask a general question because you all (cricket wireless) deal with phones every day…before I could finish my statement she continued her rant. She said you need to call Apple…because I don’t know about all that… and then said iPhone has it where if you leave it in the sun it cuts off. She really made me angry by the way she was talking to me. I said thank you ma’am and hung up on her while she was in mid sentence.This phone I purchased was over $1,000+ dollars. Even if I had spent $1.00 I expect to be treated with and talked to with respect.As a business owner myself, I would never talk to my clients or customers in that manner. And I also wouldn’t accept my company representatives doing so.

This dude Rashad L. Is the most rude disrespectful unpleasant person I ever encountered. I really want to change my service provider immediately!!!! In fact I will!! Since I cannot whop his a*** it's best I leave this company!!

I called this location to ask a few questions about my service. The gentleman that picked up the phone and after hearing my questions decided he wanted to hang up on me. I called back immediately and was sent to the voice-mail. The call was done during business hours with ample time to take the call. This was very unprofessional and a poor way to handle a customer.

I have gone to this Riverdale location several times. The sign states they open at 10:00. I was there today at 10:20 and no one was at the store. There was another customer waiting, he said he had been there since 10:00. I decided to wait a few moments, and the lady with the dreads showed up at 10:35 and opened the store up. This is very unprofessional, there was no apology given on her behalf for being late and having YOUR customers wait on you! A total inconvenience for myself, and I'm sure for others as well. It's not like there is a Cricket wireless on every corner
