Terrible customer service they have been giving me the run around and rude when I finally got to talk to someone I have been waiting going on 3 weeks now to find out if my background check came back for a handgun I m trying to purchase Mrs.Wanda is the only person who can do it and everytime I call I get put on hold for almost 20mins before they just hang up and then when they don’t do that they tell me she is busy call back in 10 mins or 20mins or they say she isn’t here call back another day and I have spoke to Mrs.Wanda in person she is not that kinda of person to ignore a customer but her employees need to do better.
