Over the past 2 weeks, I brought 2 cars for complete detailing services at the Car Spa in Riverdale, GA. Both cars came out looking like new - both the interiors & exteriors. Aubrey, Elida and Mike worked extraordinarily hard in the summer heat to have my cars sparkle! I highly recommend this Car Spa. It’s definitely worth the drive from Smyrna.

Dear Corporate,
I am writing as a long-time customer and monthly member at the Riverdale location of Car Spa. Unfortunately, I have become increasingly concerned about the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff at this location.
Last year, items were stolen from my vehicle, but I let it go as I had forgotten to remove everything of value. Recently, however, a Hispanic woman caused minor damage to the interior of my car. When I addressed the issue, a tall, dark-skinned male employee assured her, “I got your back,” in both English and Spanish. This encounter made me uncomfortable, and I was further disturbed when the woman made baseless accusations about me—something I would prefer to discuss privately, as it was defamatory. Despite my hesitations, I gave her a $20 tip, only to later discover that several easy-to-clean spots inside and outside my car were left untouched. When I pointed this out by wiping away the stains with my finger, it was clear that these areas could have been cleaned with minimal effort. The general manager also noticed that the rear window above the trunk needed further wiping, and she wiped it down herself.
I’ve noticed that the employees often cover for each other, even when they are clearly in the wrong. During my car’s exterior wash, I heard a loud bump, but when I asked a staff member about it, he denied hearing anything. Additionally, he only half-soaped the car and failed to include the super detail on my receipt initially, causing me to go through the exterior cleaning process twice. Even on the second attempt, the car was not properly soaped. Having visited this location many times, I am familiar with how the process should work, and these lapses are disappointing.
The small piece that was initially damaged was never found after a lack of proper search. That small piece could have also fallen through the hole created, as the area that was damaged is hollow. Later, I found another missing piece of my car on the far left side of the vehicle. I showed it to the manager as she watched me pick it up, and then I reattached it to my car. My car practically brand new with know damages except on one seat. I do not believe that purchasing a super detail should have resulted in such a poor outcome.
I have always enjoyed coming to this location, but I feel the current state of service does not reflect the standards that Car Spa should uphold. I am hopeful that these issues can be addressed so that my experience, and that of other customers, can improve.

Christy was a big help, she asked questions saw my car and knew exactly what I wanted. The interior clean I received almost brought tears to my eyes. My car looks amazing and I just want to thank Brandon, DP, Mike and the wonderful Tasha for an amazing job, they definitely exceeded my expectations. 10/10 will come again!
