Store suppose to open at 10.Here I am sitting in the parking lot hwy 138 in riverdale ga 30238 waiting on Boost Mobile to open it is now 10:15 and no one has shown up to open the store. I than looked around and the employee I queasy store manager is sitting in their car on the phone and can see everyone at the door waiting to open and still sitting there.This don’t make sense at all.Some people just don’t like their job or just don’t care

I told him I needed to activate a phone and turn my old one that I’m transferring to on. He said I don’t know if I will have time. He proceeded well around 430 he took my payment and told me after he gave the receipt I had to leave . At 430 cause he said he got to leave right at 5 . He locked the door and told the other lady to leave . I told him I wasn’t going anywhere. I started recording cause he was coming at me . He got up , open the door and tried to grab my items . I told him if he touch me it’s going down. He called me ignorant N people. Repeatedly saying Fu$$ you . I have it on recording . I ask for a manager , then a guy walked in went to the back , came and got the money and walked out but said he wasn’t a manager.. I called the cops they came . I walked out to talk to the cops he locked the door , then he wanted me charge with trespassing but couldn’t cause the cop said I was in the store before closing and he was the one who locked me in . I didn’t get my phone on the cop ask me to go to the other one on hwy 85 and they turned my other phone on and apple finished setting my new phone up. Boost I deserve a credit cause I’ve been with y’all since 2007. I didn’t deserve any of that especially to pay and my phone didn’t get turned on . Oh I forgot he threw my phone at me that when I had to think first cause he almost got Molly whop . You as a employee don’t suppose to run up on your customers. He was wrong . I’ve have grown a lot is all I can say . 3 yrs ago and u know the rest

Here's what I know to be true. A lot of us seniors get frustrated with the younger generation because sometimes they don't give you the customer service that we feel we deserve. But I beg to differ with the general opinions. Kudos to Boost Mobile for bringing on Domaine B. This young man was kind, patient, and a joy to be waited on. I would say he's old school in his mannerisms. Very thoughtful and respectful. There may be a closer Boost Mobile to where I live but I would definitely go out of my way and return to this location in Riverdale. Hence, the 5 stars.

I came in added a line to my account the lady that works in the store put a extra fee on my account... When approached about it she was very rude & not helpful this company is a rip off as soon as I left from adding on my extra account my account balance said I would owe 66.00 by time mine was due which was a extra fee on top of my 50 dollar plan..She took my money & said I owed still on my account

Domaine B. was great!! He did everything he could do to get my number ported from Metro PCS. He was patient and professional. Awesome salesman. He got me an extra line added that I wasn't planning to get for a little extra. It was a process but he remained professional and patient the whole time. I appreciate your Awesome customer service. He adds value to Boost Moblie company. Thanks again!

I was having problems sending pictures from ny phone. I called Boost Mobile several times and they were not able to resolve it. I visited the Boost Mobile store on Hwy 85 and met Jaylee. She fixed the problem in minutes. She did what 20 other technicians couldnt do.
