So far so good! During my process at Belmont Ms.Jackie was transparent and very helpful! Every question I had was answered and when I moved in things I needed fixed, they made sure I was taken care of! The neighborhood is great and the gym is what actually drew me to Belmont! A 24/7 gym!!! How can you beat that?! I recommend you stopping by to see about your new home!!

Overall I had a great experience with staff and management. I have been living at Belmont Crossing for almost a year. All my needs have been met when it comes to any service orders that I submitted maintenance is always prompt and job well done .I’m completely satisfied.

From the moment I walked into the office at Belmont Crossing, I knew this was the place I wanted to call home. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Ms. Jackie and all the staff were super friendly and kind. I had my dog with me and they welcomed him in the office too and even gave him some yummy treats❤️ The grounds are beautiful and the property is quiet and inviting. Ms. Jackie answered all my questions and it was clear that she is very knowledgeable about the property and the application process. Throughout the application process, Ms. Jackie has been available to answer my many questions and answered the phone each time I called. She made me feel at ease and was always so understanding even with the smallest details. I received my approval this week and cannot wait for move in day! Excited to call Belmont Crossing home soon. Huge thank you to Ms. Jackie for walking through each step of the process with me!

Please don’t move here. I promise you will regret it. I have lived here for two years now and I hate it. The unit smells. The talk about the outward value of the property but the inside is rusty and old. Also, first time my car was vandalized and broken into in an apartment unit and no communication from management. Instead I’m told to go fix it up or they will tow it out that it doesn’t look good on the property. They don’t care about the living conditions of their tenant but how pretty the apartment looks on the outside. They are basically what you call a tyrant landlord. Please I beg you do not move here. Find somewhere else if you can. Move somewhere else. Please you’ll definitely regret it here. Also goodluck trying to speak with anyone at the office, they have no human feeling. They talk to you like you’re beneath them. I miss Richard. He was the only nice guy there. If I could give this place a zero star. I will. Do with this information as you will.

The professionalism that was displayed by Tarea was out of this world. She was prompt, informative, helpful and very patient yet timely. I am relocating to another and I was so nervous and so shaky BUT this young lady took a lot off of my stress. The apartment is beautiful it was cleaned well and was move in ready. So far seems like a great place to do business with.

Had a tour of the community & unit viewing, a month or two ago, impressed by what I seen & how helpful the staff was. Just completed the application process which was easy. Hope to be able to call this place home soon!

I’m really enjoying Belmont Crossing. The management staff are really nice and works with you. Maintenance request usually take 4days to be worked on but other than that i really enjoy and like everything about my apartment and experience

Plumbers came to replaced the manifold the guest bathroom which resolved the previous leak issue. Finally no more leaks. I'm happy ?
The problem was not ever resolved. The water still continues to drip in the tub along with a new issue created. The water no longer works in the tub. When I turn the faucet on, no water comes out. Please do not send the same person to fix the problem its obvious he has not a clue how to fix this issue, along with the fact he stated a recommendation on the work order of a plumber to fix the original issue and it has been approximately two weeks or more and no one has come to fix and complete this issue.

Tracy was the first agent I encountered. She was very helpful and informative on the process. When she took me on the tour, she was very professional. Tarea was also helpful when I had to conduct business with her.

I love my place it’s quiet all new appliances. The leasing manager Mrs Wilson was wonderful everything went fast and smooth. The club house and gym is huge and 25hrs I do recommend this place
