I purchased 2 African print dresses on June 14 2024 for my granddaughter. They didn't fit. I took them back on the June 19 2024.they wouldn't that the items back. Although, the receipt, stated they would within 30 days. I will never go in the store again. My beauty shop , will never by products there. And my customers, want go there, because I am going too tell them adout this experience, and advised them not to go. Worse place ever.

Very rude! When it hit 8:00pm (time for them to close) , the security guard started yelling at me to get out and said “yeah I’m talking to you”. I knew exactly what I wanted and was walking to the register. Security guard was very aggressive to the customers in the store. I could understand if we were in there for 10 minutes after closing time, but it was 8:00pm on the dot?.

They had changed some items around so I asked a young man for the items. Each time I went to him he stop what he was doing and came to show me where each item was at. Thank you young man.

Customer service doesn’t exist in this store. The manager or assistant manager is rude as hell. He’s the Asian black guy. He is nasty to his employees and when he rung me up he snatched the first item from me. I let it go ,but I turned around and walked back in the store and advised him what he did and as per usual he denied it. He started being petty telling me to have a blessed day and I told him to treat his employees better. I can’t imagine how his employees feel working under him. I won’t be back. But y’all knew what when I wrote the review.
