I had a dead battery and Thomas helped me by installing the new battery and, showing me the tools that I would need and how to make sure my battery is secure.

I went in to the store to grab a couple of things and Ms. Nicole went out of way to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left the store.

I went in for a check up on my battery because my car wouldn't crank and the battery tester said the battery was fine. But Mr. Thomas went the extra mile to tighten one of the connectors and it's starts perfectly now. Great customer service and attention to detail!!
