On July 1st of 2024 I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Aj Baldwin who sold me an Valucraft Alternator and when I went to return the old one to receive my core charge I was told that the Alternator I was charged for wasn’t the Alternator that was given to me (Duralast) so therefore I wasn’t able to receive my core charge and in order to receive my core charge I’d have to pay the difference or remove the New Alternator from my car and instead of accommodating his customer for a mistake that his employee made the MANAGER Mr. Larry W condoned the mistake and didn’t give me my core charge back. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

One Of The Best Workers At Auto Zone Is Anderson AKA AJ, He Was Very Patient, Polite & Understanding. He Gave Me Options To Look Into & Also Assisted Me With Dissecting My Car Problems (Although It Was More Than One). He Deserves Many Raises Or The Highest Bonus Possible. His Customer Service Skills Are A1, We Need More People Like Him. Keep Up The Good Work Anderson!
