Today Sir Hill at the Riverdale location did it again. I showed up and he showed out at got me approved. With little wait time. Smooth sailing. No complaints.Continue today January 18 2023. The car would not accelerate 2 days after I drove off lot. The warranty company SUCKS that particular problem is now finally fixed after them sending me to several small time mechanic shops before finally taking a mechanic and my suggestion of tss as king it into the Nissan dealership. On Wednesday January 17, 2023 the Nissan in Morrow repaired it. Before they completed they gave me terrible news about the car. DO NOT BUY A CAR Once you drive off lot it’s yours. No more working with the customer. My experience has been terrible

I feel sorry for us all who bought from this sorry company. Went to trade in the car I was given due to their fraud activity and they hadn't been reporting all my payments. Oh and you will owe more with the new buyers Westlake and they will struggle to find your information

I’m not sure if they are closed down foreal or what but no one can get in contact with anyone for anything , can’t get service on cars or make a payment (on a car that doesn’t work anymore). They won’t help you until the car physically can’t move and now I can’t get service on my supposedly one year warranty vehicle because they’re closing down for business, just look up American car center they are all closing down

I got my car January 14 it started acting up the first week. I called and complained. They sent me to they shop and it was nothing they was able to do because the diagnostic numbers were scribbled up. Then they wanted me to call off work, inconvenience me and my husband to take my car to a dealership run it here and run it there and my car been messing up the first week. The problem should have been fit before y'all sold it to me so for a whole month we called. We complain two or three times out of a week we called and it got to the point where they stopped answering our phone call, they start sending us to the voicemail, put us on hold and never come back, told us someone will reach out to us AND THEY NEVER DID So we took the car back and told them give me my down payment back or you'll be hearing for our lawyer. We shouldn't have to run around and be inconvenienced on a car that should have been served and looked at before you sold it. It's ridiculous how they do stuff.. I JUST WANT MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK SO I CAN GO ELSE WHERE
