UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES PUT YOUR PROPERTY AT THIS STORAGE FACILITY. I put an item here less than a month ago and it was stolen. The person there claims she called me to close out my account, but when I asked why since I was paid up for the entire month, she could not answer. Also, no missed called, no voice mails nothing, but she could not explain anything. Even the police said something was not right about the situation. If something had been stolen and they knew it why was the police not called.
Of course the girl that works there was no help, of course the camera wires are cut sometimes all of a sudden. Someone at this place is a spotter so when you put something there they are letting it be stolen. Karma is a B(*^h!

Probably hands down worst storage unit on the Southside of Atlanta. Customer service is completely terrible. 0 stars wasn’t an options but if it was it’d be negative 1

I have movers here for the second time and I can not get into my storage and the only thing he can tail me is he's not here. I could see if I owed a balance and I do not. I am a traveling nurse and my time is very limited. I have now wasted over $600 dollars. Now have to pay another month for a unit I don't need.Update- she wasn't aware of a lock on my unit. So no one can tell me why a lock has been on my storage unit for a month or more. Let's try this for a 3rd time. Do not use them.

My RV was in storage at this facility. While in storage under their care my catalytic converter was stolen. Once I pointed out this to the office, there was no surprise. I was told that this has been happening there for the past several days? Did they report it to the police? Nope. Did they offer to help? Nope. Did they do anything? Nearly all of the surveillance cameras were out. Apparently the gate never shuts because it's broken.The storage facility is in total disrepair and the owners seem to be apathetic but have no problem taking your money for "safe" storage. My suggestion is to store your valuables somewhere else.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE! Properties are constantly being stolen (comment made from an EMPLOYEE) and I strongly believe that it is an inside job! My dad’s entire trailer of equipment was STOLLEN. The ONLY way to enter the gate where my dad’s trailer was placed in, is to provide a security code. The gate was never broken!! Therefore someone had to put in the security code to retrieve the items (hint an inside job because there was no BROKEN gate)! The owner of the place was EXTREMELY NONCHALANT once notified of the stollen belongings. We will be preceding with legal matters against this storage facility. Thumbs DOWN!

This is the MOST unprofessional storage facility I have ever dealt with!!! First off from the day we purchased the we sat outside for 2.5 hours because there was know one working at the front desk. After calling every number we can find that associates with the storage facility the owner finally answers & claims the manager on duty left for the day due to an emergency... (How was anyone supposed to know that since there was no sign left out) the owner stated he didn’t know how we can access the u haul trucks or the unit he said we need to figure it out on our own??? VERY SAD TO KNOW SOMEONE CAN OWN A BUSINESS & have know idea how to run it. After another hour we figured it out thanks to uhal Reps!When it came time to move everything in the unit we could not get it, another set back!!!! The manger assigned us the wrong unit??♀️ Now we had to wait til they figured out how to do there JOB in order for us to access the unit we paid for..3 moths later I go to get a few items out & I find this ….. MOLD EVERYWHERE!!!! I called the owner and manager again they say there’s nothing they can do.Moral of the story choose your storage facility wisely. If it looks shady it’s because it is. ** I GIVE THEM “0” STARS!!!

My mother recently attempted to rent a U-haul truck at this location over the weekend. When starting the vehicle, she immediately noticed there was no gas in the tank. After traveling to a nearby gas station, she turned the vehicle off and couldn't get it to start again. The U-haul employee advised us to call roadside assistance, to which we waited for them to pick up the phone for over an hour. Once we finally got the truck to start (without help from roadside assistance or U-haul), we immediately returned the vehicle back to the U-haul location.

I made reservations for this place online. Now I come down to the office at 2 pm and no one is here despite business hours. Two other people were waiting out here and left. I hired someone to help bring my things down here in 2 hours and no one is in the office. Wth!

The woman in front was very sweet and helpful with the entire process...critters are able to get into units which is why I give 3 stars but the upkeep isn’t TERRIBLE...but if you want/need cheap storage this isn’t a bad place.
