This is the WORST Post Office ever....you never know who is delivering it's a different person like every other week. They don't even look professional they are in street clothes. They cram your packages in the mailbox so they don't have to come to the front door. COME TO THE PORCH PUT PACKAGES ON PORCH NOT THE MAILBOX OR THE GROUND BY THE MAILBOX. The person that does Cloverdale Rd is terrible....we have to go to each other houses to get our mail. They are not paying attention to detail. Its like the person is high on mushrooms.....all the numbers look the same I guess. I don't even receive mail at my address anymore. I use my daughters address in Chattanooga. Another one of my neighbors starting sending all of her mail to a P O Box Address. The service is ridiculous and you can't call the postmaster cause the mailbox is full.....I tried.

12-04-23 Something needs to be done about this post office. I am awaiting packages that show they are out for delivery and there still not here. Mail didn't run on Saturday either.

Apparently this post office doesn't even attempt to deliver anymore when even one person calls in sick. It's been a few days since we have seen any mail.

The perfect picture of absolute Government incompetency. Constantly choose to not even attempt to deliver packages, marking delivery attempted even though they are simply sitting at the post office. Whoever is running this joint has no competence or interests in delivering any postal packages anywhere.

I often receive mail not addressed to me, terrible hours, Amazon orders almost ALWAYS late, sometimes by several days, even after it has been delivered to the PO. I called today during office open hours and got no answer.

I’m about sick and tired of my post person marking packages delivered and they are in fact not deliver or deliver to the wrong address. . If they are delivered it’s definitely not to the correct location.

Just moved to rising fawn and have had already 5 packages lost. They don’t know where they went and the carrier won’t say what house he’s been “leaving” them at. Haven’t received my bills, junk mail, coupons, nothing for that matter. It’s gotten so bad to where we’ve had our mail being held and opened up a PO Box in Trenton. Jodi, who’s supposedly over everything is VERY unprofessional and has no intentions on caring what so ever. It’s just an oops to her! “Let me check into it, and all never get back with you” kinda person. Not to mention a royal * over the phone, because she doesn’t like to hear she’s not doing her job worth a flip and wants to get defensive. Sorry, not sorry! It’s not your money that’s being lost.

Sitting here looking at my granddaughters St.Pattys Day card that should have been Delivered today..but never left the mailbox. Same with many bills that are not being picked up OR arrive on time (or ever). We've never had this problem until recently and it is progressively getting worse. If the flag is up and stamp is on that doesn't mean leave it in the rain to ruin until we "find" it.
