Subway, the mayonnaise is in poor condition. Completely rotten, I have been in my stomach the whole morning because of a sandwich. Otherwise, excellent bathrooms and everything is very clean and quiet, excellent place.

Showers still down is the sign you see as entering this store. Apparently it would cost 2k to get keys made. Yes drivers, fifty dollars per shower to have keys made. And we're not worth it. It's a software issue. The keypads aren't working. And Subway... Don't you think we're sick of damn subway or mcdonald's?! Let's not forget the pay to park. Loves doesnt charge to park anywhere.

The pilot app says showers unavailable. Plus too many reviews & complains about showers not working. So it's better to take shower somewhere else before you end your day at this truck stop.

Keypad didn't work on pump 24; I couldn't use the code I got from the app or fuel card at the pump. I had to go to the cashier.

The only reason I rated a 3 was because this Pilot is not open 24 hours. I have never encountered this, even with private franchisees. That was disappointing. Everything else was great.

Apple Pay does not work at pump and pump is extremely slow.

Yes my name is Jessica me and my husband visited your pilot location in rising fawn ga location Friday night going into Saturday morning we was parked there for the night and was disturbed with our visit needless to say we won’t be coming back and I’m going to my boss recommend that we not use your company anymore due to the fact that while we was there we saw kids throwing balls up and down the stairs and what if they had hit somebody and they fell down the stairs that would be a bi lawsuit which I don’t think you need and the restroom was just horrible the woman’s restroom smelt like pee and my husband said the men’s was worse no soap no paper towels or toilet paper due to the fact it was all over the stall floor packed in the corner then the same kids that was playing ball in your store the boy was behind the counter talking to and hugging the lady behind the counter that she call son before him and the girl headed back upstairs to do god knows what so we will no longer visit this location due to unsanitary conditions and could have gotten seriously injured by a workers children playing ball in the store and if I was you I would have a major talk with your 3rd shift instead of standing around they could be cleaning your location it was just filthy everywhere

Now has the absurdly loud video commercials at the pump. Shop somewhere that doesn't blow your ears off while you pump.

Clean hot showers with no wait Nice big, clean store. They are doing construction in the parking lot which takes up some of the parking spaces.

Phillip was such a kind , knowledgeable and attentive gentleman . He helped me with my questions , being that I am not from this part of the county . Phillip also helped facilitate a parking spot / area in which I could clean the interior of my vehicle in lieu of traveling across the county . Phillip even took the time to locate the customer service phone number for Pilot so I could go as far as calling headquarters to say how great he was ! Clean store , ( clean parking lots and pump area , too , ) .
