Shopped here regularly but last 2 times I've been, the cashiers left a lot to be desired. Had face masks on shelf with 11.99 price and buy one get 50%. They rang up 23.99 and I told cashier and she said no they're not. There was literally 2 rows of masks with that price listed. Another time my ebt card wouldn't swipe so I asked if she could type manually. She basically yelled several times that stores haven't done that in over 10 years. Which is not true, as I work at a grocery store. It was like she was trying to shame me. Won't be back ever

horrible customer service in the pharmacy, woman at the drive through has a very nasty attitude and serves you when SHE is ready! I sat there blowing my horn to get her attention, no prescription in stock and refused to check another Walgreens for me, I was told it's not their job!!! Corporate should spend some time there!

Horrible horrible experience here Everytime I com here to get my prescriptions they Never have them ready. This pharmacy is in Bad Bad shape ....the employees are not very nice at All..I have seen some new faces and Hope that it gets better we will see...please don't Ever waster your time calling phone is never answered....

I have a family member who is homebound and I am their primary caretaker and drive many miles to run their errands. On multiple occasions this Walgreens has told us their prescriptions are ready for pickup the next day anytime after 11, only to get there and be told that It can't be filled until tomorrow. There is a breakdown in communication and Walgreens should be ashamed for not clearly stating this before someone drives 40 minutes to pick up a prescription. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEUPDATE: Federal law allows a pharmacist to fill a schedule 4 drug 2 days early. Come to find out, the pharmacist chose not to give the prescription based solely on her "feelings" because my mother called in and was rightfully upset. So it was retaliation and punishment on the part of the pharmacist. If a person is going to multiple pharmacies and trying to get a controlled substance, that is obviously a red flag. But to want a prescription filled one day early is not a crime, nor is it a red flag. We are changing pharmacies and I recommend that you do the same, lest you be subjected to the infantile, self righteous, malicious actions of someone on a power trip.

My deaf mother has to use an ADA compliant video relay service to call this place about her prescriptions.. they never ever answer. This is the only way she can talk to them independently.. not good

As others have said also they never answer their phones! I’ve needed a script and called early to make sure I had time to get it filled but they don’t answer, and now their answering service that sends you to the desired department is not working and keeps starting over on itself. So now it’s impossible to call and most of the time when you go down in person their lines are so outrageous it’d be a 2-3 hour wait.

Can’t get no one to answer phone have called over 8 times today and have been placed on hold over and over again just to get hung up on and never get someone on the line … I’ve been needing my prescription for days now and I don’t know what to do at this point. When I went in person they said to come back but it still says no prescription available. I’ve been on this medicine for a year and I’m not supposed to quit cold turkey because it makes me feel awful ?

This Store needs some serious attention, from corporate office, they are rude, and don’t care about there customers. Are the customers well being. Cindy at the Drive Thur needs to be fired. As she acts like she’s your pharmacist. I’m very disappointed in this store and it’s staff and management. Go somewhere else.

I don't ever leave bad reviews, but this has been coming for about two years. This pharmacy is AWFUL. There is a lady there who works the drive through who has to be the rudest person in the world. She has absolutely zero customer service skills and needs a class. If you need a prescription filled asap and there is NO ONE else in line, they will not expedite your prescription to the first in line to be filled. They have to be the slowest, most inconsiderate pharmacy I've ever been to. We have tried to give them grace, but over the past two years their service has continued to decline. I definitely suggest using any other pharmacy.

At first I thought Cindy that work the pharmacy drive thru was another Karen until I read the reviews, this place is void of Customer service skills. My brother meds are essential to him remaining mentally balanced. Karen told me his meds were not called in by his Doctor. This is three days after his visit to the Doctor. This is the second time this has occurred with her at the window. I park my car and go in the store. His meds are there. She's lacks the people skills and the effort to do her job. She would be better with a job watching paint dry.

Horrible customer service. Don’t ever get ur prescriptions filled here. We’ve had more than one occasion, in fact multiple where they tried to hold our prescriptions and don’t cooperate well with insurance if any kind. Overall worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Right now they’re trying to charge us $400 for a simple refill on a prescription. Telling us our insurance can’t cover it when we’ve been using our insurance there for over 6 years now. When we asked if it was a new thing, they said they never used our insurance and argued for over an hour. They say they cant use any RX cards and they are just the most unprofessional pharmacy out there.

The pharmacy sent a text that the prescriptions were filled. We had been waiting for nearly 2 hours. When I arrived to pick them up they said they were out of one and needed to order it. Should be in a day or two! Then she changed her mind while calling the other Walgreens stating that our insurance doesn’t cover it and then apparently she called the doctor to try to fill it with something they did have while I was waiting. Then a new revised text came in with just the three prescriptions filled, not the fourth. She blamed it on them. I waited back at the doctors office while the doctor called them on the provider line and they wouldn’t pick up. When I asked to speak with a manager they said there was no manager in the pharmacy today. They the pharmacist asked me what my question was. I explained what was going on and she was very rude about whether I had more questions or whether I would like the prescription filled. I think this treatment was extremely unprofessional. That’s all I wanted, her inhaler. Now it’s closer to 3 hours. ??????

I won't recommend the passport photo service.The Camera wasn't working so the young lady has to improvise using her mobile phone Camera.The light was very poor so the result was very poor photo quality, can't use it for official passport. Maybe as Halloween ? pictures ???.
