Was on route to Cornelia GA from Winchester TN and stopped in to return an Amazon package that was damaged. Showed the guy the info, he scanned it, and gave me a receipt.
Super fast and convenient..

Employee etiquette is most certainly in question…not a “small town” experience. The way I was talked to and treated was not called for.It was more about the way the employer acted after coming back to mail the document…totally classless!

Went to this UPS store to ship a small package, I was asked what was in it, I told the person the material. The tall male worker in the store that wasn't even helping me butted in and asked what's in the package loudly, and I responded and said I don't want to tell you. He told me we can open it and look in it or you can ship it somewhere else. I told him I will ship it somewhere else. I just would like to add, I don't know this guy, I don't know if he's a thief or work with thieves. I don't need him knowing what's in my package and if I wanted everybody to know I would have brought it in a clear container. Let's not pretend that packages don't come up missing @ UPS/stores

This is easily the best experience I've ever had at any UPS location. The people are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to make the experience as stress-free as possible. They are so friendly and take care of every detail. I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come to this location.

Best and most helpful UPS Store I have been too. Handled all my returns (and it was just after Christmas so there were a bunch) fast and efficiently. Most impressive was they helped me find and print a return label. Also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Return package to Amazon. This UPS Store 7324 at Price Drugs 7566 Nashville St. Ringgold GA held package two days before shipping out. I called store spoke to a lady and gave her tracking number and I was told they do not ship out until a full load is ready to be picked up. She preceded to tell me I am over worked an under paid. The lady was rude and un professional. I will never step into Price Drugs again.
