Love that they carry my favorite juice line ... Marketplace. Very nice store and conveniently located near my home. Great prices and service. Was recommended the watermelon and cucumber juice ... very refreshing summer flavor.

I went there once . I’m black … African American The girl just stared at me, pretty spooky, I guess for all Hispanics and blacks probably go to Chattanooga somewhere or maybe closer to Interstate I seen a few head shops on my way out. I just felt a little safer because back in those woods I felt like I might get lynched.

07/18/22 (update)I may very well be wrong. I've been shopping with signature vapors EXCLUSIVELY for a year now. Although they have been great about getting the vape juice I use. Even though 2 out of 8 times I go they are out of my juice. (Horrible inventory upkeep)I've dealt with it mainly because I know the juice will be there eventually. But now I have to say something. Not only do I have to keep substituting my juice for either more juice to make the correct nic levels. But now I show up at 7:30, during a week day. And they're CLOSED! there seems to be a new sign with business hours. They used to stay open until 9 I believe. With all being said. I would NOT recommend to others. I also will not be shopping with them again. They're to unpredictable and non consistent with anything.It's very sad. But just the hard truth.[Update]: after reading the response to my original review, I decided to give them another try (mainly because they originally said they would order the juice I usually vaped and I was curious to see if they would really have it when they said they would.)Long story short they had my juice the very next time I came in. I never mentioned who I was to get the discount they offered. ( I just wanted good service from a cool locally owned business.) They definitely are a great group of people and would recommend 10 out of 10 times to fellow vapers! Great prices and always friendly when myself or anyone else I see walks in.ld be a great if I didn't have to wait outside for an hour because they haven't updated their business hours on Google to show the correct opening time on Saturdays... i live 45 minutes away and would have loved to know I was going to arrive an hour before opening.... I fixed your business hours on google so you don't have to worry about it, but that's a good way to loose new customers with the possibility of becoming regular customers.... I've always tried supporting smaller local businesses wherever I am. But it seems like I will be making the switch to chattanooga vapor.

Love the the staff. They're very knowledgeable and quite amazing people. You can walk in not knowing what you want and they'll help you figure out what is a perfect fit for you. Love this place and ill continue coming back and bring in new customers. Vape on, yall!??
