I had this business build me a 12 X 20 metal building enclosed with a roll-up 6' door. Craftsmanship was good, they were prompt and the price was very reasonable.

This company is a scam. The people who run it are con artists. Mike and Brenda are two of the most dishonest people on this earth. I used to sell for them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Just yesterday I had to return a customer's deposit from early 2021. The company will not take the customer's call or correspond with him in any way. I personally returned his very large deposit because I care about my reputation and testimony. I assure you that Quality Outdoor Products does not care! It's July os 2022, the world has moved on, and you are still using COVID-19 as an excuse. Get real!

This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. They don’t answer the phone & if you leave a message they don’t return your calls. I finally called the police in Ringgold to go to the business to see if they were even legitimate. (We made a $773 deposit in April). We were told it would take 10-12 weeks for the building to be constructed and it was finally built 5 1/2 months later. I wish I could say I’m pleased with the building after all of this trouble but it’s not weatherproof at all. I wish I had looked at the Google reviews before I paid the down payment but we purchased it through a 3rd party in our little town in Alabama. The sweet old lady who owned the business in Alabama was going to reimburse our down payment out of her own pocket. I hope she doesn’t sell Quality Outdoor Products anymore!

Dry poor business to deal wish we had read all the reviews will not answer calls or return messages hat to stop payment and they still not return calls or answer woul not want any to deal with them.

Will not answer the phone or return your calls. Will not stand behind what they sell. Refuse to take anything back or exchange anything once you leave the lot with it, even if it is new and hasn't been installed. Most unprofessional place I have seen in years or probably ever. Not sure how they are staying in business.

Do not use this company! Was lied to for 2 months by their installer that the awning was ready and he would be there to install. Every time we schedule it to be installed, he would cancel the night before. Come to find out the awning was not ready. I missed several family gatherings because of this p.o.s. Contacted the company and they told me that there have been several complaints about him. Question is.. why would you still have him working for the company, if there has been complaints? They have no idea what their installers are doing and are very unprofessional. We lost over $600 to this company (deposit and some materials Installer sold to us).

Buyer Beware! This company does not stand behind their work. Within four months the screws have backed out of my braces twice. After getting the run around about possible issues, I was told that adding gables would significantly stiffen up my structure. I hesitantly agreed to pay additional money to add gables. Shortly after, my building completely collapsed. I was told that they don't cover damage from inclement weather. Yet, we did not have significant weather. My 30+ year old barn is still standing right next to my collapsed brand new metal rv cover! Customer service, business ethics, and professional courtesy are foreign concepts to this business.

We were assured our building would be complete for a 4th of july party...no call. Not installed. 6 weeks should be ample time. Of course it rained..its bad enough to have these incompetent people ruin a party. Its another thing to pay a $90 deposit to ruin a party. Please read the reviews and dont make the mistake we did.

I ordered a carport for shade for a 4th of july party. I was told when I ordered it memorial day there would be no issue with installation by the 4th of july. I called to be sure a week prior. They informed me that it would be installed the friday or monday a week before the 4th. No install, no call. I called back, they promised me it would be installed friday July 3rd. No install, no call, and just to add insult to injury..they were closed on the 3rd. I saw they had a one star rating but one review is normally the rare upset customer. Its not a rarety. Horrible communication and lies. Take my word, there is a shed/garage company on every corner these days. Avoid this one at all cost. You could not possibly do any worse.
