Amazing,fast and friendly service! My son (4 yrs old) has not been feeling his best lately I went to my usual pharmacy today, only to be told they were out of the antibiotics he needed. The pharmacist then referred me to Price Ringgold Drug. The sweet lady in drive thru was amazing. They got our prescription ready extremely fast. I am one thankful mommy.

Today I stopped in to the Price Ringgold Drug store to pick up a few items, as this has always been my go-to pharmacy, but I can honestly state that I will never step foot in this store again. As I was walking around, I saw a lady come in to do a return to the UPS aspect of the store. A young lady came out of the back carrying her dog and seemed very bothered to help this lady but it wasn’t my business, so I continued shopping. A few moments later my attention was drawn back to the exchange as the young girl working made a huge spectacle of the return. On top of shouting at the customer, she did not make any attempt to help the customer, and worst of all, she never even bothered to put her dog down during the entire exchange.Maybe I am old school but I was taught to respect customers, work to resolve issues, and always have a smile on your face. As I watched the customer leave with tears rolling down her face, I quickly realized this is not the store I remember. The customer focus and dedication to the community is gone and with it now so am I. Even if this was an isolated incident, I find great concern that the same person who will be handling prescriptions is constantly handling a dog.This shop faces big competition with so many pharmacies close by. The thing that has helped them to stay open and maintain a strong customer base is how they treat the customers. Sadly, it appears the dedication, respect, and friendliness of this store is dying. I hate to see it go but if this is how they are going to treat people, they will not last much longer.

I have used the pharmacy for a while. Anytime I get a medicine that's not typically carried by a pharmacy, they have always been pretty prompt about ordering it and getting it in. Refills are done within a matter of minutes and most typical circumstances, everyone is very customer oriented and friendly. Absolutely not one single complaint about this place

Please count your medicine if you use this pharmacy! Do it before you even leave the building.They shorted my meds, two months in a row! Causing me to run out days early. After those incidents, I took my business elsewhere.I love supporting local small businesses, but an employee here is either in need of a lot more training or they're simply helping themselves & screwing over sick, unsuspecting customers.

Tired of the poor service at the big pharmacies?Give these folks a try. Fast, friendly, and helpful. Took care of my prescription transfers from the W at a tick less in cost. Ordered the one drug they didn't have in stock and had it the next day. Also a UPS store.Can't ask for more except maybe later open hours. Currently closing at 6:00 during the week. Even one or two days a week open later would be great. If you're working a M-F 9-6 shift it means a mad rush on your lunch break or wait until Saturday morning.

Went in for a COVID antibody test for my 5 year old. Chuck was great with him and gentle. When it was all over, he let him pick out some candy for doing a good job :) I love a good, small hometown shop!

This place was the most helpful place! They have the most friendly staff and they were so sweet. Got COVID testing and antibody infusion and felt under the best care.
