A little upset it took 4.5 hours for a new windshield, however the service was excellent so can't really complain. Would definitely come here for any future repairs if in the area.

Im sure they don't care but this location has lost my business. The same parts guy that said it would be over 3 grand for a tune up kit for my jake brakes was to busy playing on the computer with a another employee to sell me parts. This place has went way down hill and only has one good parts man left.

Always fast reliable service no matter the job. The staff is on point and never fails to provide update status of repairs once you truck hits the shop. My go to for heavy truck repairs.

The parts guys are the best in the industry, Randy and John are old school Dalton and Cj and Mike and Elli are some of the friendliest people i know if i left anyone out ill catch you next time . The only reason for 4 not 5 is closed sundays

Normally, I have nothing but good reviews for this place. 99% of the staff and technicians are super heroes for my trucks and business. With that being said, I must be honest about my last visit! I came in for AC compressor at 6:45 am on Monday July 8,2024. Check in was very smooth and quick ( MR. Tim) great guy, best to have ever done it!!!!! Now on to the service department. My work order was given to Adam. He pulled my tractor into the bay between 11:30-12:30. Between 14:00- 14:45 my phone died and I checked with the service department again for an update ( progress) plus to get my charger. To my surprise Adam had already left for the day. Mind you my work order had #WAITING on it. I wasn’t given any update on my equipment but was left in the dark. This has never happened at this fine establishment!!!!!!! I was then told by service that Adam would complete the job the next morning. Ok cool, I guess!! The next day I came in and paid and walked to my truck which was parked on the side of the building. Note: most service centers are not responsible for damages or thief while said equipment is on their grounds. Which makes what happened next wild. I walked to my truck to find both doors unlocked!!! This may seem small but this tractor is my home away from home. I have thousands of dollars worth of equipment within my semi. I know for a fact when he went to pull my semi in the bay he had to use the key to open my door and that’s how it should have been parked! Other than that I have no problem. Thx
