My wife purchased a Kia from Mountain View Hyundai in September. We checked the oil 5 days after purchasing and it was bone try. The car shook so much from braking that we had to replace the rotors within a month of purchasing. I have no idea how their service department even looked at this vehicle and if they did they are totally incompetent or just don't care about their customers. We bought the extended warranty and took it in to begin the process of having the engine replaced. They told us the warranty required a combustion cleaning before they would replace the engine and we have to pay that out of pocket. So, on top of the $2000 we paid for the warranty, we know have to pay an additional $500 for this cleaning. We have called other shops and they have quoted us, no more than $200 for this service. They should at least be willing to acknowledge this was an error on their end and cover the engine cleaning. They are very aware that an engine cleaning is not going to fix a engine that burns 5 quarts of oil in a month. This is just another way for them to continue to get more money from us. I have never experienced anything like this and would stay far away from this dealership and shop!!!!

Mtn View Hyundai Service Dept has always been professional and great to deal with. They’re able to address our concerns and talk us through the process no matter the service needed. From the front desk to the technicians, they’re ALL great!

After dealing with Long Hyundai for a month, Mountain View Hyundai is a breath of fresh air! I had to have a tire change through warranty and I ended up taking it to Mountain View because I was getting nowhere with long Hyundai. They were able to get me in right away. Help me and listen to me with everything that had happened. He was able to get it approved within the hour of warranty no problems. He also suggested oil change because I was coming due soon. I will be bringing my car here from now on. This is great customer service, and this is how you should treat your customer! Thank you!

I really wanted to give a 5 star review. The buying and negotiating experience was hassle free.I pretty much purchased the vehicle online and asked the salesman( I'm not going to mention the salesmans name because I believe it's a Mt. View issue, not one individual)to disclose everything about the vehicle and that I wouldn't be surprised by anything he showed me. Well, naturally the body damage and cosmetic damage wasn't ever mention or shown in the video walk through. I believe it wasn't shown because it's a clear negotiating point. I also asked if there has been any sign of water leaks and was told absolutely no water leaks. The first hard rain I open the door to a sizeable puddle under $500 dollars worth of plywood and wet cardboard. I told myself to bring my ladder to inspect the vehicle when they delivered the van, but I had to take it out of my truck to get material. I took them for their word and went on with the purchase.The manager emailed me about my experience...I sent him these photos and never heard a word. I work hard and this is the most expensive vehicle I've ever purchased...I guess I was hoping for a little better.

I really don't know where to begin. Mtn. View Hyundai popped up on a social media feed last Thursday advertising a 2022 Mustang GT with low miles, which caught my attention. By that night, Kent Gordan had contacted me via a text message. I drove down to look at the Mustang that Friday afternoon and Kent took it from there. No pressure, but very knowledgeable about the Mustang. After a test drive, I noticed that Rodney Grimes was the General Manager. My wife and I had purchased three vehicles from Rodney (one via text message) during a stint at another dealer.The transaction it's self, was a total five-star experience from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left, which was less than three hours total. Kent, Rodney, and Ariana made sure that I left with my dream car! Heck, I even saved money on my car insurance by taking some advice before leaving.Top notch sales team from head to toe!

I really appreciate the team here at Mtn View Hyundai. Leighann was great to work with and was very kind throughout the whole process. From meeting me out in the front of the dealership when I pulled up until I drove out of the parking lot in my new Santa Fe, it was a very positive experience. The finance young man was very helpful, and helped with some protection packages and warranties. He was very professional and helpful! The entire shopping, financing, and purchase experience was streamlined and felt like I was talking with a family member - not pushy, no gimmicks, just a safe and affordable car for my family. From zero to hero!(I am completely revising my previously written review in which an employee was rude to us - we were informed he no longer works there, and thank goodness!)We decided to give Mountain View Hyundai another chance after finding a Venue SEL online. The experience this time was completely wonderful and professional. Kent Gordon reached out to me after my initial inquiry. He profusely and sincerely apologized for the last encounter we had. He even made me a personalized video of the car I had asked about! When my husband got off of work, we headed to the dealership to view the car in person. Kent was very patient with us and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!) Long story short, we got the car! ? Honorable mention goes to Josh, the finance guy, whom also answered all of our questions about the warranty. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we are very grateful to the folks at Mountain View Hyundai. Thank you!!!

This is my first Google reviews but.... I felt the need to say something. As someone who also works in customer service, I am often very patient and understanding. Things happen.However, while I was at Mountain View Hyundai waiting nearly 3 hours on an oil change and single tire replacement, salespeople tried to intimidate me into additional services that I clearly told them I did not want, nor could I afford at this time. Yet, they persisted. Then, when they realized I would not budge, they left to work on my vehicle and did not return.After a relatively long wait, I finally went to the desk to inquire and had learned that my vehicle had been ready for a bit, but they had literally “forgotten” I was even there. Service like this is why I will not be returning and strongly suggest others also consider taking their business elsewhere.An oil change and single tire replacement shouldn’t take hours nor services cost the same as a mortgage!

Brian and all the guys in the service department are absolutely awesome. I could not have had better service anywhere, been going here for years since I bought my first Hyundai in 2019. I now own a 2023 and haven't went anywhere else....as long as they keep taking good care of me and my families needs we will absolutely continue doing business with them.
