They go above and beyond to do whatever they can to get you the best quotes, discounts and the correct insurance that works or is better for you. I know they’ve saved me when I lady hit me luckily she did have insurance and Jackie, Payton or Mrs. Violet didn’t give up until I had a new car that I still have to this day and that was awhile ago. Call them and be apart of the family. One of those three lady’s will either pick up or give you a call back faster than you can leave a voicemail. I’ve witnessed it myself or I wouldn’t be saying it. They are absolutely amazing and I love JACKIES STATE FARM. I promise you won’t be disappointed and it takes a lot for me to really like a company that we’ll but like I said they make you feel good about having insurance and being responsible, I know they do me anyway. “I’ve been dealing with John Lane since I movers in 2018 from California. I’ve NEVER had this kind of experience with an Insurance Agent before. (Kim you get a huge shout out). In that time I’ve been given great service and had a roof repaired through my State Farm insurance. We had a vehicle totaled (not our fault) and I was about to submit a claim BUT the driver who caused the accident submitted all of those involved to his insurance company. I was advised to NOT submit a claim through my insurance as it was covered (and it was with $0.00 out of pocket expense). What an utter joy and look forward to paying my bill every month as I get to call them to say process it! I can’t recommend John Lane and Kim highly enough!”
