They go above and beyond to do whatever they can to get you the best quotes, discounts and the correct insurance that works or is better for you. I know they’ve saved me when I lady hit me luckily she did have insurance and Jackie, Payton or Mrs. Violet didn’t give up until I had a new car that I still have to this day and that was awhile ago. Call them and be apart of the family. One of those three lady’s will either pick up or give you a call back faster than you can leave a voicemail. I’ve witnessed it myself or I wouldn’t be saying it. “Trish and Taylor, from Jonathan Huber state Farm, are amazing. They both were able to help me after a recent incident with a very deep large pothole. I tried State Farm claims several times and was given the run a round and kept getting switched back to the same recording that I heard several times when I called. Only after Trish and Taylor intervened was I able to receive the help that I needed.State farm used to be the easiest and best claims department. No more.
