Super nice guys I took them a 4l80 out of my 2002 Chevy truck for a rebuild, knowledgeable, fair pricing and quality work. I traveled an hour just because of word of mouth and didn't get the runaround. Thanks guys I'll be bringing more I'm sure.

Absolutely horrible customer service . Took over 4 tries to get my trans even remotely drivable . Blamed me for the way I was driving it each time it went out AFTER the “rebuild”. Charged me for parts that were “bad” when I knew they weren’t they just wanted some money for the time they wasted on “rebuilding” my trans. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE!

They were a referral from a friend. Unfortunately, they've been ridiculously incompetent doing business with me. The job was $2850, which, if I had known it'd be this much I would have bought another car and not fixed it. It was supposed to be ready 5/23/22 then I was told 6/1/22. After paying for the job and a $300 plane ticket to specifically pick it up, I get here on Friday and they told me it's not ready because of a leak. Even though it's paid for and even with confirmation that it was ready, I was left on Monday after $300.00 more in hotel fees without a car. 700 Miles from my new job and place and still no car. This owner does not care about his customers or his business. If I could give the worst review I ever given this would be it.

They have had my van since June 2020. Charged me a fee first down payment made and didnt tell me til after my card was ran. Got a call it was done in July. Picked it up on a Friday afternoon cause they left keys in it with a note on the dash saying bring back on Monday to fix parking cable cause it was rolling when in park. Head to take it there and didnt drive it at all over the weekend for it to quit on me in the parking lot. I get excuse after excuse on why it's not ready. Told it will be done by this day and that day. Never any updates. I am getting a lawyer!! I want my vehicle back plus Money I paid back!!Service: Transmission

DONT EVER USE THIS SHOP! We are thinking about forming a lawsuit! This shop took my money and DIDNT do anything to my car. I didn’t get it back for over 4 months. When I got it back the transmission hadn’t been touched and the car still wouldn’t drive. They took advantage of me. I hired someone else to look over it when I got it back and they showed me that the screws had never had a wrench on it. They also showed me that the seals had never been broke. This means they never even touched the transmission. They took $2000 and won’t give me an explanation. I am so saddened that a business would do this. They are a scam!

Took my transmission out and to him got it back paid him 850 put back in truck drove it maybe 3 miles went right back out. Took it to him bc it had warranty. He kept my truck over 4 months and never touched it. Had go pick my truck up and use wench to load. Please everyone read this and think about it before considering using them. He screwed me on 850 dollars but my lawyers saying he can help me but this to much bs when they coulda just done their job.

DONT take your transmission to this bad shop. 850 to rebuild a trans that didn't even last a week. Broght the truck to them and they had it over 4 months and didn't even touch it. Now I have to get my lawyer and find another transmission shop.Would not recommend on my worst enemy
